IMPORTANT NOTE: I DO NOT TAKE RANDOM FRIEND REQUESTS! (Because why should I take a request from a total stranger? How about a conversation first? Geez...)
I'm pretty much a media nerd who's into anything that's TV shows, comics, movies, animation, video games, and whatever else I might be into.
I'm really laid back and willing to talk about anything, and if I seem unresponsive at times, it just means I don't really care what's going on or I'm being shy or something. Don't worry I'm just a nice, lazy, and (really) boring guy.
I've been into anime since the late 90's, with DBZ being the first anime I got into (Yes I knew it was anime when I first watched it, there's a story behind that, but it's pretty messed up and boring), with shows like Pokemon, Yugioh, Tenchi Muyo, Yu Yu Hakusho, and what ever else was on cartoon network at the time after that.
During middle school, that's when I started to take my fandom more seriously by buying manga and DVDs (Which I still do, it is a still growing and respectable collection if I do say so myself XD), and watching different shows like Naruto, Bleach, FMA, and Inuyasha (Well, bad examples as three of them are hardly different from each other LOL).
Now a days I feel pretty devoted to yet tired of anime, so I don't know if I'll remain as big as an anime fan as I am now, but that feeling is not enough to make me want to quit anime though.
Stuff I think other anime fans should know about me regarding manga and anime
-When it comes to anime and manga, I don't care what it is as long as it's good, tries to be different, or interests me.
The kind of anime and manga I tend to enjoy are mostly action stuff and comedies.
More specific, I enjoy satire and dark comedy, I like super hero themed anime for some reason, I like shonen stuff because I enjoy long running series though there is a point where I can get tired of it, and I love it when new shows try to break the mold of standards set by anime before them, even if it comes up short of doing anything original in the long run.
-What I dislike is the majority of ecchi (There are a couple of exceptions), harem (The really dumb ones), yaoi (This genre is way too over served), yuri (Because I don't know), loli (This stuff really creeps me the f**k out when it gets over sexualized), and some shojo (Probably because I read/watch too much shonen stuff).
But what I especially can't stand is the stuff that targets strange fetishes like incest and other "Forbidden relationships" in general (because most of it is all just bullshit and nonsense at this point), there really shouldn't be shows like this at all.
-I'm not that big of a fan of moe (And I'm not exactly sure what it is), but I'm okay with it (I happen to like K-ON, and I'm willing to admit it's more enjoyable to me than stuff like Monster from time to time, the manga of K-ON I mean).
-And yes, I will drop an anime, if I don't like or get bored of it, I will drop it, but if I've been watching a show for a long time and something I don't like happens or I'm really getting tired of it, I probably still won't drop it cause I hate not finishing what I started, there are exceptions though.
-I am a big fan of english dub anime and english voice actors.
My all time favorite english dubbed anime is Welcome To The NHK.
-To be honest, I'm kinda tone deaf when it comes to japanese voices and voice actors and not to be racist or rude but, if I can't understand what they're saying, I'm not going to go to the trouble of caring about the person behind the mic especially since I'm too busy reading subtitles, I still watch subtitled stuff regardless.
-Just to let you know, I'm a die-hard Dragonball Z fan and it'll always be my favorite anime no matter what. It has flaws, but it's okay to love something that has flaws and it's okay to admit those flaws.
-I don't really care that I seem to watch mostly mainstream anime, I just watch whatever catches my eye, be it Fullmetal Alchemist and Neon Genesis Evangelion, or Kurau Phantom Memory and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, I really, really couldn't care less.
-I buy the majority of anime and manga I'm into, and it's my main way of watching anime and reading manga.
-In my reviews, while I try to be objective I always let my personal opinion stay apparent (Also I update my reviews from time to time, mostly fixing spelling errors, so it wouldn't hurt check up on them once in a while, also I'm looking for someone to edit my reviews).
But my main goal when writing my reviews is to entertain the reader, so even if you don't agree with by opinion, I hope the review wasn't a waste of time to read.
I try to at least review three anime/manga a month and I'll take any suggestions for what I should review, so pm me if you have one you'd like me to review.
If you have a problem with my reviews (I will admit a good bit of them aren't very good, but I will stick to my guns on certain ones), my personal tastes, or my attitude, either take with a grain of salt or get it off your mind and say something about it, but be mature about it, show some respect and you will be shown respect in return (Which I know that's a lot to ask for on the internet).
I honestly forgot to mention but... I also draw too, so please check out my skillz by click on the website listed way above, I'm a decent artist to say the least.

I do a series of weekly blogs called "Anime and Manga Shopping Blog" where I go out of my way and go out to buy anime dvds/blu-rays and manga graphic novels (And sometimes video games) and review the haul. I review each product brief, how the dvd is housed with the price compared, the quality of manga, etc, etc...
(Unfortunately I don't bother to edit my blog as often as I do with my reviews as these blogs are usually written very hastily and half-assed, so pardon the errors and unreadable sentences that you will see).
It's a common fact that most anime fans are gamers, and I'm part of that stereotype. I believe it's harder to review video games than it is to review anime/manga because of video game being more of a time waster or in better cases, an addiction (Speaking of which, ever played Pokeman? I easily drop 100 to 300 hours with every new installment, my guilty pleasure without a doubt).
My Favorite Anime (In no particular order except the top 5):
1. Welcome To The NHK
So much of it just hits the right cords with me, whether it's with the characters or the situation, it never fails to get a positive reaction from me with it's characters as it is the only anime where I found myself sympathizing with the main character realistically at an unreal level despite Sato not being my favorite character. I can't recommend this anime enough to almost any anime fan.
2. Fullmetal Alchemist
The original Fullmetal Alchemist is what I consider to be one of anime's true masterpieces. I couldn't care less that the newer remake of it is truer to the original story, this is an anime that has a special spot in my list and not even something as great as the original story can shake something that has been with me since my early fandom.
3. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann
My all time favorite mecha anime. It's straight up action filled and completely full of passion kind of show that makes my inner feelings burn with excitement. This show may eat deus ex machinas for breakfast, but it's absurdity is only another reason why I love it so.
4. Baccano!
The one and only anime that continues to feel fresh to me every time I watch it making it practicably infinitely rewatchable for me. I always manage to find something new every time I watch it and every time I finish it, it remains just as satisfying as the first time around.
5. Redline
The ultimate form of entertainment in the anime medium and ultimately too incredible to describe properly and absolutely perfect in it's own right. The greatest form of animation Japan has created by far proving many years of hard work can make all the difference.

Most Clamp series (Series like Tsubasa and Blood-C made me lose respect for them)
Any Gundam series
Vampire Knight
Twilight (Because I don't consider that to be manga, and I've suffered enough through the movies and books anyway)
Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (The anime version. Because reviewing it would be redundant for me since I reviewed the manga already)
Series I just don't care about:
Legend of the Galactic Heroes
Hitman Reborn
Most of the gundam series (Especially seed and 00)
Bakemonogatari
Naruto (After the time skip)

Persona 4 The Animation
Other Stuff:
Music:
Likes: Rock, Metal, Jazz, Underground Rap, and a little bit of anything else, but only just a little.
Dislikes: DubStep (Dubstep is NOT music, this is irrefutable for me), Pop, Rap, Classical, Alternative, and Country.
Just read one of your older reviews on Rurouni kenshin Reflection.
You pretty much hit the nail on the head, I know that OVA is non canon but it was still heartbreaking after reading all the Manga.
MS Unicorn definitely is the best of the best out of the gundam franchise for me
and episode 6 was like one of the best gundam episode ever. its presentation and battle of ideology is done perfectly like no other series could ever done
