Seiyuu Yuki Kaji and Ayana Taketatsu announced their marriage on Sunday, with each posting a handwritten note on their respective Twitter accounts.

Kaji's tweet mentioned that though inexperienced, they will continue to put in the effort to be a wonderful couple and work hard with support from their fans. Taketatsu's tweet was timely posted on her 30th birthday and mentioned that she wants to build a warm family filled with smiles.

Yuki Kaji is best known for voicing Eren Yeager in Shingeki no Kyojin, Shouto Todoroki in Boku no Hero Academia, and Shuu Ouma in Guilty Crown.

Ayana Taketatsu voiced Azusa Nakano in K-On!, Kirino Kousaka in Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai, and Suguha Kirigaya in Sword Art Online. She is also known for performing many opening and ending themes.

Congrats, I guess, although as voice actors, both of them are nothing special, especially Taketatsu...

Then again, most of seiyu who became popular post 2010 are nothing to write home about, so I guess I can't blame them.

aaaaaand there is always that shitty person than puts its 2 cents, they have many memorable roles, many fans, so this event matters for people who loves their roles so please if you have nothing to write home about just shut the fuck up and move along. Keep your shitty opinion to yourself.

considering Kajikyun's popularity and adorable personality I am sure he could take his pick with whoever he wanted, so I have no doubt Taketatsu is an incredibly sweet and loving person – which is what he deserves.

I haven't read anything that said it was Taketatsu who insisted they file their marriage on her birthday... maybe it was Kaji's idea.

Anyway, congratulations to them both. This is a very exciting time for them and I'm proud (most) Kaji fans have been nothing but supportive.

Just to remove any doubts, Ayanatsu IRL is a very sweet and down to earth girl. She is not flashy, snobbish or difficult like her many rather popular roles (Azusa Ayumi, Kirino, Nino, Kotori, Koneko) might make her seem to be. Also, Ayanatsu is actually more popular than anyone in MAL thinks she is. Heck, she might be even more popular than KajiKaji in the industry. She is one of the very few seiyuu I know who have over a million followers in twitter for an example.

@jacippi Yes, I know I was rude, I was just complaining the feeling of not happy with who he married to.

@ihatereborn Yes, I know the reason, I follow his radio show ever since it began 5 years ago, including the latest ep. w. his marriage announcement.

I would still congratulate him for finding someone he loves, but I cannot fully be happy with the pair.

I woke up seeing this was announced about one hour ago. To say the truth I feel complexed because

The reason behind them getting married in her birthday is following: "It is known that her agency prohibited her from dating until she becomes 30. And as soon as she became 30 years old, they announced marriage officially."

tehy ended up getting divorced, rip. hopefully doesn't happen in this case

Hmm. Didn't know about it. At least Maaya Sakamoto and Kenichi Suzumura are still fine.

Yeah it didn't happen not too long ago, last year I think? Oh well at least it was just mutually paths were going different directions and not because of some scandal or smthn iirc

Rie Tanaka and Koichi Yamadera marriage was quite high profile and relatively recent. Though, her fans were furious.
