An official website opened for a TV anime adaptation of Alfred Yamamoto's romantic comedy manga Rikei ga Koi ni Ochita no de Shoumei shitemita. (Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It) on Wednesday. Details regarding the broadcast, airing stations, cast, and production studio will be announced on the official website and Twitter account in June 2019.

Synopsis
Shinya Yukimura and Ayame Himuro are two scientists that want to find out if love can be solved by a scientific theory. These two scientists also have feelings for each other and want to be able to solve their feelings through similar theoretical facts. With this perfect opportunity, these scientists will attempt to solve the theory of the love they express for each other. (Source: MU)

The manga originally launched as a one-shot in Comic Meteor web magazine in March 2016 and began regular serialization in May of the same year. Flex Comix will publish the fifth volume on January 12. The manga has a cumulative 750,000 copies of its compiled volumes in circulation.

The manga inspired a four-episode live-action drama series last September. A live-action film is scheduled to open in theaters on February 1.

Cannot wait for the series to come out and show this to my fellow friends in CS. It's great to see references from our Computational Theory and Algorithm courses.

Bah, humbug. Another 3/10 manga up on the chopping block. I really have no idea what goes through these production committees' heads.
