TV Anime 'Ore ga Suki nano wa Imouto dakedo Imouto ja Nai' Announces Staff Members

An official website and a Twitter account for the previously announced Ore ga Suki nano wa Imouto dakedo Imouto ja Nai anime adaptation were launched and announced staff members. Hiroyuki Furukawa (Hajimete no Gal) will serve as director and character designer. The anime will be a production between studio NAZ and Magia Doraglier, a new studio established by the director last September. The anime, which is set to broadcast on TV, is slated for a fall premiere.

Probably "real", since they are real siblings. However, I have already seen many times when the authors deliberately depicted not blood related siblings as twins.

It's pretty obvious that imoutos lost to yuri, isekai and idols, it's easy to see by the example of any season for 2017-2018. Even the monster girl is more popular now.
