Sometimes Is like to watch an Ashita no Joe + Baseball mix, you can feel Joe Yabuki vibes from Goro.
Great news. IMO Major S is one of the best sports Anime out there.
I've only heard great things about Major and the announcement of a second season will motivate me in finally binging the series. From the looks of it, it looks really underrated and I'm always on lookout for sports shows like that so I'm excited and hope it will be a ride to enjoy!

I was thinking of picking up the prequel anime series whenever I was in a sports anime mood and didn't just want to rewatch haikyuu!!

wasn't a fan of the pacing and repetitiveness of the first series. hopefully they make the second one more exciting and with more of a modern shounen feel.
What the fuck they literally take it from his childhood to his adulthood what is your issue with the pacing

I'm in the same boat. Guess I'll just have to take it one series at a time.
