Dunno how to feel about this. From what I've read in the manga, Daigo seems to be a bitch.

Sometimes Is like to watch an Ashita no Joe + Baseball mix, you can feel Joe Yabuki vibes from Goro.

Great news. IMO Major S is one of the best sports Anime out there.

I've only heard great things about Major and the announcement of a second season will motivate me in finally binging the series. From the looks of it, it looks really underrated and I'm always on lookout for sports shows like that so I'm excited and hope it will be a ride to enjoy!

I had a feeling this was coming soon, there was an animated CM last year that promoted the manga.

oh cool, I cleaned and typesetted a couple chapters for this manga, but never really read it myself
I was thinking of picking up the prequel anime series whenever I was in a sports anime mood and didn't just want to rewatch haikyuu!!

wasn't a fan of the pacing and repetitiveness of the first series. hopefully they make the second one more exciting and with more of a modern shounen feel.

What the fuck they literally take it from his childhood to his adulthood what is your issue with the pacing

After watching Cross Game I tried to move on to Major but gave up very early. At this point all I remember is boredom and that it didn't click at all. Unless it's possible to watch new anime without knowledge of the original series I doubt I'll go back to this franchise.

Glad to hear that we will get more Major animated.

Yo bit of an error in the writing of the article.

>The manga is a prequel of Major

>Major 2nd features Daigo, son of first work's main character Gorou.

The manga that features the main character of the original series son is a prequel of the original series.

I'm in the same boat. Guess I'll just have to take it one series at a time.
