4-koma Manga 'Comic Girls' Gets TV Anime
The 4-koma slice-of-life manga began its serialization in March 2014. The series currently has two compiled volumes in print, with the third volume to be released on June 27. The manga revolves around the daily life of the 15-year old up-and-coming female mangaka named Kaoruko Moeta in a dormitory with fellow professional manga artists from shoujo and shounen magazines.

The closest Gochiusa clone so far.
Ohoho, I beg to differ...
There are a few visual novels that would claim that title.
Shugaten! -sugarfull tempering-

"Not Chino", "Not Cocoa" and "Not Karen" lol
It's illustrated by Shiratama, a very popular Gochiusa fan artist.
And this more obvious one:
Mayonaka Pyon-Pyon Cafe Morning!

This VN also features a "Not Chino, totally not Kafuu Chino" character.
(Sorry for the big post)

IMO, that depends entirely on how good a job the studio adapting it does and whether or not they know how to correctly adapt the material... if, for example, Doga Kobo (aka. the KyoAni of happy-fun-time SoL anime) were to be the ones doing this anime, then YES, it most definitely could... but if it were to go to a sub-par studio like Passione (the guys who decided that huge amounts of Ecchi-fanservice would be perfect for Hinako Note >.>), then most likely NO.
The manga in and of itself imo is - and I know how much of a heretic that makes me sound like - as adorable and sometimes even more adorable than GochiUsa. So TL;DR: yes, it could actually be even better than GochiUsa with the right studio =w=.
From what ive heard, the manga for Hinako note also has a lot of fanservice.... anyway i still like it!
Also hoping for the best for this!

o HELL yes! I love that manga. Basically every single page in it is just the embodiment of adorable. Now The only thing left to hope for is that it won't be a short anime... =w=
The question is could it be better than Gochiusa?
