Original TV Anime 'Princess Principal' Announced for Summer 2017

An official website has opened for an original TV anime titled Princess Principal on Friday. The series is scheduled to premiere in Summer 2017.

Synopsis
The stage is set during the 19th century London, in its capital where a wall divides the east and west of the Kingdom of Albion. Five high school girls, who enrolled in the prestigious Queens May Fair School, are involved in spy activities that involve disguise, infiltration, car chase, and more. These girls take advantage of their special abilities and fly around the shadow world.

the song is fucking great.

and this being 3hz i have some hopes, considering how amazing flip flappers was.
but something tells me this might not live up to the greatness. so i'm hoping it will at least be fun with a kickass soundtrack.

This looks pretty interesting although staff is pretty decent in some sense. Do hope they can handle this pretty well because I do like the designs as well as the synopsis looks like it'll be interesting.

YOOO this looks right up my alley.
After Flip Flappers I have high hopes for this even if Kajiura Yuki and Okouchi are kind of redflags(Kajiura YUki's all songs sound the same and Okouchi is known to go off the rails).

The fact that the director worked on Noir, Tokyo Magnitude AND ESPECIALLY GITS:Stand Alone Complex is inspiring confidence tho.

This looks exquisite and awesome! I love Victorian era settings, and the character designs are so cute
Studio 3hz is such a great new studio with great talent, it's great to see them do a new beautiful show after Flip Flappers (which I loved)

Hehe I was just listening to lots of 東方地霊殿 jazz arranges, the music sounds like a jazz arrange of ハルトマンの妖怪少女, really surreal as it sounded like the tab right next to it

Cute girls doing cool things, count me in. Staff looks great I admire Studio 3hz because Flip Flappers was best show of 2016 while Actas' Long Riders was fairly decent.

Wow, this actually looks interesting, nice setting and great music so far. Staff isn't that bad either, I would say this can end up being a good original, fingers crossed since Regalia and Flip Flappers were both shit, but with a decent staff I feel like Actas and 3hz can finally make a good new original series.
