Either way, I feel like this studio would rather work on anime in an OVA format with how much they keep delaying their series. They probably should try it. Maybe their quality would be better off.

>>> will air on AT-X during their back-to-back anime broadcast
what this mean?
Simply put, maybe they will use a one hour timeslot to air both episode continuesly.

With all the delays, I knew there was no way they were going to finish the show's 12 episode run this season. Great job Studio Actas for being one of the most consistent studios I've ever seen in terms of being incompetent. Though, you can't blame it entirely on Actas. The blame also falls on the Production Committee.

It's like a tradition now, I wonder how they're even open with how much money they lose on each series.
We're in for the long ride :)
I know this, and honestly its pretty much a shame, especially with the scheduling because I do enjoy some of their stuff, and heck, they're the same people that made Koutetsushin Jeeg, and that was pretty much a good show with some good production. I wonder what the fuck is happening to them around there... and well, I knew about the Regalia schedule but I need to catch up to it of course, but that along with this is pretty horrible and it can be noticed... It's still a sad thing to see honestly.
The fact that they stayed like this for that long makes me wonder also why haven't they died yet, unless there's some luck into it honestly. But it's pretty sad, as I said, but we can't do much on the matter, only they can do so, but that's just... I dunno if this is the CORRECT word, wishful thinking I guess? If that can be put that way.

This is made by Actas! The same studio that did the EXACT SAME THING with GaruPan in fall 2012! Eps 11&12 came out in March 2013... and the same animation studio that LOST MONEY making GaruPan Der Film (which made billions in ticket and disc sales) because they were so over-schedule and over-budget and weren't on the committee to get any of the profit. And the same studio that delayed Regalia for a month for "quality issues" and then restarted the series with almost no changes other than being a month late. Every single job Actas has done has been a major scheduling disaster. I'll be surprised if anyone else ever has them make a show again, which is a shame as I do enjoy their work a lot. They need a good production manager who knows how to schedule and budget his way out of a paper bag.

To answer a late reply as to how Actas is still alive, one word: GuP
Either way, I feel like this studio would rather work on anime in an OVA format with how much they keep delaying their series. They probably should try it. Maybe their quality would be better off.
OVA format where the production committee doesn't care how late you are? Where they don't care about the release schedule being kept or thrown out the window? Doesn't exist. Even Shaft being late on the Kubikiri Cycle is a bad thing as Aniplex spends advertising money with the release schedule they agreed upon. Being late is never a good thing, people cancel pre-orders and don't bother to order it again, buy something else instead. The marketing money, events and so on may be messed up. Now Shaft and Actas are behind in preparing for their NEXT projects. Well... Actas, does it have a next project? Be late too many times and there may be no more projects.
Shaft won't go away because of a few late things as they're well established but it still isn't great for them. Kizumonogatari movie made very little money compared to how it would have sold if it had come out in 2011, 2012... 2013.... when the Monogatari series was selling much stronger. It's not as bad to have a secret project pushed back but one with marketing money spent, PVs up... it isn't good.
