Biblia is not a light novel though... it's classified as bunko format only. Bunko format releases can also be light novels, but Oricon has a criteria to determine which ones classify as light novels.

kuuderes_shadow is handling for info on sales, although the releases here are not strictly all light novels.

That thread hasn't been updated in a few weeks as I've been working on Thursdays, which is the day when I usually update it (including today). I'll try to get it up to date tomorrow instead but no guarantees - and I won't be able to update it next week either because I'll be away.

Scratch that. It's updated now. I'd forgotten that I had already updated the spreadsheet but just not done the thread.

Think about what you are saying here. In no way is a release supposed to stay at a certain rank for a defined period of time. It all depends on the competition for a particular week...

To re-iterate, the rank doesn't matter it's the sales number. SAO dropping from #1 does not spell disaster, you have to compare its sales with previous volumes for a comparable number of weeks to properly judge whether a series is dying, selling as it should, or selling better than it usually does.
