Tate no Yuusha is nice but honestly it's quite overrated imo.
Overrated? No. Popular? Yes. Honestly, I've yet to see anyone going around shouting it's a masterpiece on the Internet. It just happens to be pretty good for what it's aiming to be. Not that everyone should have same opinions though, dislike =/= overrated.

Oh great, another adaptation of a shitty otaku wish-fulfillment fantasy RPG LN.
Otaku wish-fullfillment ? I barely saw anything like that from the first 3 volumes i've read.
Nice! I'm really looking forward to this, I love the manga.
We need even more anime adaptations from this kind of LN/manga. Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari, I'm looking at you.
Why is dungeon ni deai getting animated before something better yet have more material to cover, such as tate no yuusha?! Why is it on 'Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! but not tate no yuusha?
I thought tate no yuusha got more sales?
Unfair! I want to see shieldbro!
P.S: Don't mistaken, I don't dislike this series.

THIS ^ Also Re:Monster. Glad to see this get animated.
Mushoku Tensei and Re:Monster would make for extremely crappy anime adaptions, they're just too detailed and mature to be made into a visual format. The manga adaptions are proof enough.
I still think it depends on the direction they'll take and how they adapt them:Budget/number of episodes/seasons...which scenes they'll skip/butcher/censor and so on.Like you said it is hard to make them into visual format with them being detailed and the story just flowing better in it's original form but there is a possibility of a decent adaption without it being "extremely crappy" but at least just OK.

So in the end, I know this is a harem, but is the Danmachi LN really ecchi or not? And if yes, to which degree is it ecchi?
good. Usually gagaga bunko doesn't really focus on ecchi stories even with harem, but wanted to be sure since some people in the thread were saying the opposite.

Well, Rokka's manga adaptation is bad as well, if you go that way.

Also, just noticed, but the "deai" was actualy translated "picking girls" in english? The correct translation would be more "Is it wrong to wish for a chance encounter in a dungeon?" ; "picking girl" makes the general impression of the title quite different imo.
Yen press did a weird choice here...

There's a 50-50 chance for either one. Taking bets now.
