Shoujo Manga '12-sai.' Gets OVA Adaptation

A scan from the upcoming issue of Ciao magazine reveals that shoujo manga 12-sai. will be receiving an anime adaptation. The adaptation is an OVA included in the Ciao Ciao TV! DVD which will be bundled with the May issue of the magazine, to be released in April. The OVA will adapt the first chapter of the manga.

Synopsis
"Hanahi, a sixth-grade girl who is neither an adult nor a child, deals with issues such as accidentally witnessing her homeroom teacher kissing, and worrying about experiencing physiological changes before her friends. The series depicts a 12-year-old girl's innocent worries and first love." (Source: ANN)

Mangaka Nao Maita began the series in March 2012.

The synopsis for the manga sounds good. Hopefully the OVA will adapt it well.

It's probably going to be one of those 3 episode shorts that total up to a grand 4 minutes like Sugar Soldier and Romantica Clock.

That might be a thing now. 4 minute shoujo shorts. Huh.

I doubt the HR teacher is a slut, not in a manga for middle school aged girls, as for where the kiss landed, we'll have to see for ourselves and it could be the reason why it's an OVA.
