4-Panel Manga 'Ooyasan wa Shishunki!' Gets Anime Adaptation
It has been revealed that an anime adaptation is planned for Ooyasan wa Shishunki!, according to an upcoming issue of fantasy magazine Manga Time. The series is written and illustrated by Ruruu Minase. It has four volumes in print, and it began serialization in Manga Time in May 2012.Synopsis
The story follows a boy who has gained an independent life. After moving into his rented apartment, he meets his landlord. The landlord has the physique of a little girl, and she does the cooking and housework while attending middle school with her friends.

Now... with our generic male-hero this story seems to be just boring as it synopsis sounds... (I admit that this story wouldn't be more impressive with a female protagonist - but anyway...)
