OVA of Light Novel 'Ark IX' Announced

According to Kodansha, an OVA of light novel "Ark IX" was announced to be released on July 2nd. The blu-ray will be bundled with the second volume of the novel.

Story
The world has been divided into two halves by a giant wall to prevent the epidemic of "Dark mist". In order to shelter the refugees, artificial cities called "Arks" were built. Shido Enishi is a private detective, who works at the ninth Ark. One day, he is asked to capture a burglar. The seemingly simple case leads him to a great conspiracy.

Might check out, but it's too short. I don't want to let it attracts my interest, then I have to wait for couple years to get a proper TV series. :(

Ha, kinda sounds like a plot from a VN more than from a LN. It also reminds me of Inganock, which might be why I think it sounds VN-ish. Anyway, it does sonud interesting, but I don't like watching OVAs so I'll probably ignore it. I hope it gets an actual anime some day.
