Shinkai Makoto's New Short Anime 'Dareka no Manazashi' Announced

According to the official website, Shinkai Makoto's new short anime titled "Dareka no Manazashi" was announced to be shown at Nomura Real Estate Group's home living exposition, which runs February 10–11, 2013 at the Tokyo International Forum. Further details about the work will be announced on January 23rd on the event's official website.

I wonder what the plot will be like. The title can be translated as "Someone's Gaze" -- I think the main banner of the short is of that 'someone' looking at the female character. This sounds interesting :)
