Original Anime Featuring Akiba Blog's Mascot 'Nerd-chan' Announced [Update Jun 22]

According to Akiba Blog, an original anime featuring "Nerd-chan", the mascot character of the blog, was announced to be released this summer.. (picture of Nerd-chan) The administrator of Akiba Blog posted on his Twitter account that he hasn't taken the initiative in the anime project.

Update June 22nd
An official website of a new TV anime series "Maji de Otaku na English! Ribbon-chan" was launched. The short original anime will be aired this summer.

so it will be anime about blog - looks solid: other characters would be HTML-kun (yandere), CSS-chan (tsundere) and XML-oniisan
in other words: first ecchi anime about coding the website, dealing with database bugs and slow data transfer all done by our loli characters
