| It doesn't matter if it's super popular or super obscure, overrated or underrated, good or bad, a favorite of yours or something you just think needs more attention. I'm not sure if I have one myself, but I'd be interested in what everyone else would pick. |

It maybe a bit crowded at first with nearly all main character always be in the same place at the same time but once you get to know about them everything will be so natural that make you feel like becoming part of the story. The character are "alive" and that's what make the story work. |

| kind of a predictable choice i suppose, but i'd pick sailor moon. i feel like it's a classic everyone should watch, with great characters and storylines and lots of touching or stunning moments inbetween. and many regulars here seem to have prejudices against magical girl series, so making them watch a great magical girl series could change their minds. |

| Idk, probably Ie Naki Ko so people realize how amazing Dezaki was in the 70s and how beautiful old anime can be. For manga I'd definitely pick Summit of the Gods. Best thing ever created by mankind. Also I might end up giving Kemono Friends a try because of all the shilling. It better be worth the hype! |

However if you can get past first few mins in the first episode, you should be fine. Since the chase scene at the start of the show is really bad. After that... it's acceptable. It's a really fun adventure anime. You should definitely check it out. It gave me a Jinrui vibe as well. |

Sports shows like Haikyuu! tend to get a good reception here too. I recall finding Bungou Stray Dogs a bit underwhelming back when it was first airing, though I don’t think watching it weekly was helpful. |
