Nine Breaker might(?) be an exception, but as you know the franchise is very, very grim. I can't deny that White Glint is awesome, in any case. It and its pilot are my favorite in the franchise. |

No idea how alike they are though Yeah, I figure my initial mahou shoujo progression will go Sailor Moon -> Cardcaptor Sakura -> an undetermined number of picks from the Precure franchise (e.g. Heartcatch, Fresh, Gogo 5, maybe Suite). After that I'll probably just branch out as whim dictates. For now Princess Tutu and Madoka Magica are the only others I'd definitely like to try at some point. From what little I've read on the subject (I'm rather spoiler-averse) Cardcaptor Sakura is very different from Sailor Moon in all but the monster of the week format. |
