Shigekiyo also make an appearance again and looks like he messed up with the bag he took. Kira's character design is awesome and I just love his personality.  |

| Wow, this episode looked bad. Really bad. Like, Dio's World TV version levels of bad. It's as if they knew about the whole Duwang thing and decided to make the episode look like shit to even further the meme. But hey, at least that one episode with the Rat looked great! It's not like this was the most important episode of the show thus far and introduced the main villain for real. No need to have any quality control for this one, just hand it off to the Koreans. |
| David Pro let me down. This level of animation for Kira? Hell even last week's episode looked better. Sigh, it was straight up bad animation no other way round it. Too much outsourcing going on with china and korea etc. They better not fuck up upcoming episodes. Anyway I'm not gona throw a fit over this, just disappointed. 39 eps was too much I guess. They should have split it up into two seasons. |

| The art and animations weren't that bad imo. Some parts did look a little lame though, but it wasn't too bad. Killer Queen (CR made it Deadly Queen smh), looks pretty "meh", but we only got to see it for a couple of seconds so hopefully it looks better in the next episode. Other than that the pacing was slower than I expected. They adapted 3 and a half chapters. I'm guessing they will adapt a tad bit of Sheer Heart Attack next episode, after they finish adapting the rest of Quiet Life + The People of Morioh. But Kira's VA is great and this episode was enjoyable from beginning to end. Favorite episode so far. 5/5 |

| While the animation wasn't the best, the music, Kira's voice actor and the overall 'feel' was all supurb. I really kinda felt like I was rooting for Kira to hide his crime. Though that would've been the most beneficial to the characters. He really seems like a very intellegent villain, which is kinda the norm for the main villain in Jojo. What is differend is his goals in life. Both Kars and Dio had giant god complexes, while Kira is obsessed with a quiet life. It's really a relatable but strange goal. Especially for a main villain. |

Kira looks fine for the most part, but Killer Queen looked fucking awful in this episode, I sure hope this is not the standard, this is where you're supposed to dump a lot of budget David P. | I'm trying to wrap my head around this... WHY?? WHY DP?? Jesus, why the hell would you take the most anticipated episode so far and demolish it with such unbearably awful drawings and animations? I mean I actually shouted WTF when they showed Killer Queen (now Deadly Queen, because we couldn't find a more stupid name) like a three year old's scribble. I am actually baffled, DP. Kudos. Really. 2/5, first time giving JoJo such a low score. |

| People really need to chill about the quality of this episode. Like every other anime, they'll probably patch up the weird drawings in the BDs or something. I'm assuming they're saving their budget for the real fight that's coming up in 2 episodes. |
| I didn't think the animation was bad outside of the last second scene of Killer Queen's sloppy drawing. What bothered me more was the slow pacing from when Shigechi and the Bro's arrived. I guess they were trying to add tension with Kira tailing them, but I just wanted the plot to push through up until Shigechi catches Kira. What I was concerned with when waiting for Killer Queen's arrival was how they would scale back his design to reduce the time to animate. He has very intricate designs on his gloves, belt buckle and shoulders, so it was inevitable the art/animation staff would have to cut down his design to make the animator's time easier. Seeing this is very disappointing, but he was only on-screen for two seconds. I hope it isn't nearly as bad next week 'cos I bloody love Killer Queen's design. At least he looked badass in this scene. Everyone ready to see shit blow up? :P |

Maybe they're trying to make him look more intimidating than his cat face? It could change next week, but it's just something I noticed. |

| Next episode better look nicer than anything else so far because this was barely passable for me. I waited 20 episodes to see Killer Queen and you gave us this... the rat episode looked fucking amazing but for Killer Queen NOPE can't do. |

I don't really see anything bad with the prep room scene, and Shigechi is a weird-looking character anyway. I will say though that his proportions kept changing throughout the episode. Sometimes his head would grow and shrink in proportion to his body. He REALLY looks weird standing next to Kira, like he doesn't fit within the show. |

| Really loved the episode, I couldn't really see that much of a let down art-wise except with Shigechi which was really handled badly the entire episode. He kept changing sizes. I can see why people think Killer queen was badly drawn too but it wasn't that bad to me. Kira is an interesting character though, can't wait for next week! 5/5 |

This is a pretty common thing for anime studios to do, from what I can tell. OH -- and that episode of HxH was also animated by the same Korean group, DR MOVIE! lololol |

| I really liked this episode i don't understand why a lot of people are complaining about the animation i thought it was pretty decent there were a few parts where face models looked a bit off and that one shot of killer queen was a bit awkward but the other shots were great i thought i think the slight dip in quality we are seeing is because this will be a lot longer than most anime adaptations they should have done two seasons i think to make sure it was top quality but i'm happy with what we got also i think that one shot of killer queen was just a fluke and that it will look pretty good from now on at least i hope but yeah great episode overall so much Kira hype i like his personality can wait to see killer queen in action next week ahhh i cant wait haha 4/5 :D |

I'm neutral to nijimura but still feel it's better than most of the stand battles. I think Kira will be the best part we just haven't seen enough to know for sure. |

| I had a feeling so complicated..... But what a beatiful Duwang!!! The god of all villains is finally here is a shame that the visual area wasn't as amazing as the source, sound, music and seiyuu departmente were. Kira is here and I am s fucking happy that my heart, brain and soul is about to explode of delight. Loving this chapter in his BD edition. For now just 9/10 for that irregular visuals. |
