The main thing is it's obviously targeted for yuri fans and those people like you who find doing those stuff woman to woman hot just like H-scenes is targeted for readers who wants sex on their VNs. It's just simple that yuri isn't for me but I don't have against lesbians and that's completely different matter. Although I get a feeling that this series is making more and more cringe-worthy yuri actions than what I can handle, to the point that it seems completely unnecessary and not how it's supposed to be "necessary". I let it slide on the first yuri action because I thought it's necessary for the sake of mana transferring but honestly it's getting more stupid as they continue more and more. Anyway, if you say this is only the episode that has the excuse-for-pleasing-yuri-fans scene then thank God I won't get cringed on future episodes. |

| In a way Tanaka really is as Taiga, isn't she? And her almost naked intro in this episode was good. As was Illya x Kuro kiss. But I really didn't see the reason for fight between Illya and Kuro, the explanation wasn't the best one and the motive was more like plot device to show her powers. It felt weird for them to fight, no matter what Illya said. |

A funny way to look at it is that Kuro is partially Archer and we all know that Archer just LOVES to beat the hell out of his other self just to argue a point. Kuro was one hit away from "Drown in your ideals fears and die, Illya!" lol. |

But what I don't get is why until NOW are some of you guys complaining? They've been doing this a LOT more in the previous two seasons... I assume that EVERYONE who is watching this current anime has seen the previous 3 seasons...so you guys should know what to expect. There's no excuse. This show panders to a certain demographic....and it panders very nicely if I say so myself. |
To swerve off topic a little, it's interesting to point out that under UK law, illegal (gross/ offensive/ disgusting) child images are not limited to videos or photos, but includes drawings, cartoons, and CGI as well. Which means you could well be prosecuted. That said, given our strict standards with the BBFC, I'd be very surprised if season 2/3 is passes over here uncut. I pretty much jump-skip the scenes when I come across them. Even so, I don't see how there's "no excuse" when it comes to voicing an opinion. This is a public forum after all. And I also don't see how there's a time limit for discussing such issues. Knowing the history of the series, it's still conceivable to hope that such scenes become less frequent in future episodes. If a "LOT more" happened in the previous seasons then frankly I don't want to know about it, but I'd rather these scenes not escalate any further (hopefully disappearing to be replaced by actual story). A fair complaint whether or not it will happen. |

| @ramenshoujo, well, here in the U.S...loli/Fate is actually licensed and has a dub...Although I'm not sure if they include every single thing... Either way, I've never felt uncomfortable or anything watching this series. I know very well the difference between real and fiction. This is fiction...and these characters don't remind me of children because I simply don't make that connection. And yeah...the kissing scenes are pretty hot....but only because the characters are so sexualized. I view it simply as fictional characters and nothing more. Again, real is real and fiction is fiction. |

The whole reason for Chloe trying to kill Illya in 2wei was because Illya was running away from all the scary things she discovered to the point of splitting herself into two, rejecting the magus half of herself that way, alongside people she met. Chloe thought of that as insult to what Illya(she) should be. Chloe spent good chunk of 2wei viewing that Illya as "a fake that is an insult and an inferior for being weak and rejecting things she fears", while Illya views Chloe as a "fake that is disturbing her normal every day life". Illya represents FSN Illya's longing for normal family and life, while Chloe is the more methodical magus side that does not have anything unneeded. Thus both are flawed in a way. Illya is nothing but ball of emotions and as result she is unable to do anything right even if she puts her heart into it. Its explained through the cooking contest with Shirou in 2wei. While Chloe dedicated herself towards serving a purpose to the point of nothing she does having any identity. Through 2wei we see the two halves slowly start accepting each other, as Chloe starts to become her own person and accepts emotions and all those "uneeded" things, while Illya steps it up and actually faces the things that clash with her normal safe life. In this we see Illya showing signs of regression towards the same behavior as she showed in the first season after Assassin fight(which started the split). Illya is trying to reason away things, including things like Chloe attacking her. She is trying to ignore the problem, ignore the situation(which actually was built up quite well in Herz). Thus Chloe returns to her goal. Thankfully Illya realizes of how being in this world has put her into Miyu's shoes(and Miyu did not spend time trembling infear in Illya's world instead continuously sacrificing herself to protect her and chloe, being the actual "older sister" to them in a way) and has to be the "older sister" to Miyu now, so Chloe stops trying to kill her. Thats why the summary at the end is given to Illya by Chloe - Illya ran away because of fearing of losing her "safe" normal life, yet she was only able to gain so much by actually facing her fears and putting her life on the line. Now it is no different - she is put into Miyu's shoes, left in a different world where everything is unfamiliar and thus she has to step it up and be worthy of being called Illya. |

| Episode quite constructive for the plot in view of the explanation, but not very busy in the key of pure action, if we hold the rest, mind you. XD It seems that the ecchi is returning so overwhelming, I hope you do not overdo it to the detriment of the fighting. Animations and drawings, improved, excellent soundtrack. Ops! I had not realized just Tanaka, you really have a hawk's eye. :) |

| Teach us, Kuro-sensei. The fight between Illya and Kuro was cool. Nice to see Lancer Illya, Rider Illya and Saber Illya, but Tsundere Illya is the best. She was also pretty outgoing with Kuro this time, it was even lewder than usual. Tanaka is damn funny. |

| Those Yuri kisses are more intense than any Yaoi show, ever. And this isn't even a shouji-ai.. Kinda getting annoyed by the countless fanservice, but the story is good so I'll endure it for now.. I actually liked how Kuro resembles Archer's way of thinking, with Illya changing cards (Saber Illya best Illya), but the kiss took all the tension and actual serious talk Kuro was talking and threw them down the drain. More actual plot, less fan service please. I guess this is something the ufo adaption is better at, at least. |

How many more scenes are there like this?? actually they are 12 so they have reached sexual maturity that is shown by their reactions to the kissing no less than 100 years ago. 200 years ago, a 12 year old was considered a -young- adult this days its considered being teen/teenager i did it at age 10 with a girl (cause we so it in TV & it was with tongue ofc like they did) but age of 11 + i was already shy when it came to liking girl lol |

| I disagree with Kuro, if Miyu felt like Illya does now and didn't say anything then it's her fault. She should speak about her fears with her friends and not just gather them inside and feel anxious. Didn't get what Kuro wanted to do by fighting Illya, but at least we saw the cards getting used. |
