| Senjougahara was pretty much gone for such a long time and now is she not only back, but she is also talking with Hanekawa and shows never before seen sides of herself... god, I'm so happy right now. And she was so sexy in that underwear! However, I still haven't got used to her short hair. Damn you, Nisio. |

| Monogatari is finally back and I absolutely loved this first episode. So the first arc is the White Cat Story. Haha I like how Mayoi kind of breaks the 4th wall; so she is going to be the main focus in the next arc. That tiger oddity looks so beast. I was really surprised to see Hanekawa and Hitagi to be so close. Hitagi even cried and was really worried, looking for Hanekawa everywhere. That 'shower' scene was hilarious. Hitagi fanservice was great. Hitagi sure has changed quite a bit. She has become a lot more bold. Where is Araragi? I wonder. I prefer Hitagi with long hair but I'm kind of digging her with short hair too. :P Can't wait for more episodes. <3 5/5 |

| I was very disappointed that Hanekawa step-parents were not present in the beginning ( or when Hanekawa was looking at her burnt down house. They were present in the novel so why take them out in the anime? This is very frustrating for me because that means that All in all, this episode was very good. I miss the monogatari series so much. |

They didn't have many scenes together, but in the few iteractions they had they seemed to have an interesting chemistry (like when hey spoke on the phone in Nise). And no, you're definitely not the only one that wants more Koyomi and Hitagi scenes :D |

| Hanekawa's short hair is very weird. Cutting hair is usually supposed to symbolize removing the weight of the past and moving forward and it seems like that was the case for Senjougahara, but Hanekawa looks so much younger with it that it looks like she's regressed. She also looks like a completely different person so it's hard to connect her with the Hanekawa from previous series. I feel like she was a lot 'cuter' this episode, though that may just be a twist in perception resulting from her new style. It's weird how everything has just changed, though that may be intentional. tl;dr: Hanekawa's new hair is a big deal and I don't like it. |

Probably because she switched to contacts and removed the glasses. But what's this talk about their hair? Even if it'd be that important, they already did that in Nisemonogatari. She didn't appear too much there and I never noticed her acting so 'cute'. Also, Nekomonogatari Kuro is more recent which is why it's jarring. Yeah, the glasses also have something to do with it. As to how important it is, the more visually unappealing something is, the more important it becomes since it starts marring the enjoyment. A good chunk of my enjoyment of the Monogatari series relies on the visuals. =P |

| Not a great episode but I'm really glad its started and can't wait for more! I love how they showed the chapters they just covered while running the episode. Now I'm going to read the first chapters of Nekomonogatari White. I'm assuming the chapter that Hanekawa said she skipped might be the scene where Mayoi was brought inside Araragi's house, and it will be shown in the next title, --Kabukimonogatari from the "blatant foreshadowing" of Mayoi. Some scenes were interesting and cute though. Love seeing things from Hanekawa's point of view and life. Like talking to Mayoi and Senjougahara. |

Ohhh Senjougahara, no one could ever replace you. Hanekawa with short hair, no glasses, and bed hair is so cute. I still like Senjougahara more though. Also, no Araragi for a while then and the tiger was HUGE. |

| Nice to see this back second anime this season i was really looking forward to and not disappointed than again the Monogatari series never disappointed. I have to say to seeing Senjougahara so worried and willing to help out is something unexpected. Hanekawa sleeping in such a place was indeed not a good idea of her i fully agree with Senjougahara that girls should not sleep alone in abandoned buildings. We knew Hanekawa's living conditions weren't very good how can she even manage living in the hallway like that? There is a limit to how much patience a person can have. And being woken up by a cleaning robot doesn't sound very appealing either. The fan service was nice as well. |

| I'm glad this is back and it seems like a continuation of Kuro, (at least this arc). I just wish it would slow down with the different frames. It moves too fast that I have trouble reading the sub. I have to pause a lot. |

| I LOVED this episode. It was great to see a totally different side of Senjougahara. Her and Hanekawa seem to have a very cute relationship with each other. The tiger was amazing. Hanekawa seriously has THE WORST luck though. Dx |
