| I liked this episode even though it was pretty slow paced. It was pretty cool to see a little more into Scar's character and Lust's as well. And yes, they finally made the Philosopher's Stone!~ It'll probably get a little more interesting from this point on - I'm hoping for a really good next 9 or so episodes to conclude this anime :) |

| but.....they killed all those soldiers :-S... i feel so bad for them, they didn't deserve it, they really didn't know what they were getting themselves into.... i just don't get why Ed never seems to do anything right; he wanted to save the soldiers and of course, he failed XP XP! i find him pretty lame for a main character, he seemed waaay more promising in the first episodes.... and i don't care about winry either; i just hope that Eddie doesn't die... though i can kinda see it coming [i haven't seen/read/heard about the finale, i'm just preparing for the worst :( ] |

| My favourite character died aged ago (Hughes) so I'm none to bother the soldiers died. It was either them or the civilians of Lior (including Rose!). |

| This is quite possibly my favorite episode in this series. Having them finally succeed in getting the complete Stone and the other plot twists left me quite satisfied. |

| Damn that's fucked! The whole town disappeared! Lucky Al survived but fuck he's now the Philosopher's Stone I do wonder what will happen next! We've reached the final part of the series and with 9 more episodes to go the story will get very intense in the coming episodes! This with the new OP was quite nice but the ED could have been better! |

| the new opening and ending are cool :) Scar dies :( we'll never know what he's true name is. glad that stupid major died along with kimbley. so Al now is the Philosopher's Stone itself huh?? :P i wonder what will Ed and Al do now that they have what they have been looking for?? and Ed and Al's Mom is still on the loose :P only 9 episodes left :( at least we still have brotherhood ^^ |

| damn that was a interesting episode i don't know what will be next. we still don't know much about there father maybe they never intended to give much information at all that's also a possibility. would be funny if it turns out there father is the bad guy but yeah the only connection is they both look for the stone but i remember there was some episode where they give the ultimate bad guys name but i forgot what episode it was and what they said but then again i don't know there fathers name anymore. |

| It's sad that Scar died and he'd sacrificed his other arm to save Al and make Al in to the Philosophers Stone, wow. That's crazy! I can't wait to see how they can use it when it's in Al lol. |

| Aaaaaah!! Finally my fav op and ed shows up! I'm so glad I've forgotten what they're going to do now that Al's the Kenja no Ishi. Means I can still feel the tension in the air. And look at Lust, now that the stone is in front of her eyes, she hesitated... One thing though, why did the town got wiped up as well? I though the ingredients are ONLY live humans? |

| This is probably the best episode so far in my opinion. I got chillbumps multiple times throughout. So many unexpected things happened in this episode; I never expected the Philosopher's Stone to be made, let alone made inside of Al. This is unreal. |
| Oh my gosh no way O_O Al is a Philosophers Stone now?! They finally did it!! I was so sure Lust was going to attack them. I'm glad she didn't. They really should hold onto that locket and don't lose it. |
| What's weird to me is how Scar blows off his arm and sacrifices the other for Al, and runs around like everything is hunky-dory. Then gets shot a bunch of times, and still is just like "ow" and decides its a great time to tell a story. THEN gets up and runs around the city before finally realizing, "you know... I've suffered quite a few wounds... I should probably fall down and die right about now." lmao I just don't get how people brush off that kind of stuff and barely act like they are in pain past the first few seconds after it happens. Some episodes back, Ed got cut so badly cut that he was woozy from the loss of blood and could barely fight, then was suddenly a-okay and went about his business. It kind of breaks my immersion in the show sometimes. But wow, I admit that it was cool what Scar did for Al. I can hardly believe he's the philosopher's stone now! I wonder what's gonna happen next?! ★ 4/5 |
| Nice shot of the scene in the final episode, met in full. After so many episode I thought he would stay alive Scar despite some ailment, instead his departure did soften my conviction;I am a tad bitter. The character of Lyra still does not convince me, who knows in these few episodes remaining, what we can do with history, very curious. The drawings were very good as quality, the new opening I do not like in terms of music. |

| I might actually like 2003 Scar more than FMAB Scar even though both are great. This one had even more plot significance and was perhaps a deeper character, although the PTSD stuff was FMAB Scar was done well too. One thing I know for sure is that Lust is WAY better in FMA 2003. I mean she's an actual character, not just a hot villain lol. Everyone keeps calling her fake and soulless but she really does just want to be human :( Wonder what's gonna happen with Al though, how will he get back to normal? And who is the homunculi's boss? I have a guess based on FMAB but dunno if they'll go there haha |

| Felt more bad for Scar than the soldiers, I wonder if Archer is actually dead or one of the survivors. Also curious to see how fast the military will find out about AL or when / what they'll use the Philosophers Stone for, I'm sure their need to bring back their mother is not on top of the list anymore. |
