| Eva is such a pig, let her roll in the mud Tenma. Seeing Tenma holding a gun at the end really shows how much his mindset has changed from wanting to save all life indiscriminately to wanting to put an end to one. Rogue Tenma looks awesome, looks like the hunt begins in full from here on out. |

| Just when I thought I couldn't hate Eva any more she fucking sells out Tenma just because she can't have him back. Skanky bitch. Curious as to what Tenma's planning to do. Is he trying to hunt down Johan perhaps? Alright episode. Definitely the weakest one so far since not much happened because a fair portion of it was recap. 7/10 |

| I'm surprised Tenma went back to work cause in the previous work we found out that the police were working with Johan, so going back to his everyday life means they might try to come after him...but they didn't. I'm sure Urosawa has some explanation for it down the line. Anyways i believe the next ep will be the true start of Monster, now that he's running away from the authorities. |

| This was an odd change of pace with all these flashbacks, but I liked the focus on Eva and Tenma respectively. 5 months have passed and Tenma seems hellbent on killing Johan. Things are getting interesting. I think Tenma looks better with longer hair LOL |
| Eva deserved that. Tenma is my bro. Also, how low is Eva? She is the worst kind of scum. But I did laugh a little when he called Lunge the guy who couldn't solve a case. Seriously, I was offended when she decided to use her influence and decide to blackmail Dr. Tenma about the necktie. She must be burnt at the stake. Girls like her get off the hook too often with no repercussions. Glad Tenma saw through her spring bullshit.  It looked like Lunge was trying to get this case over with already. Also, Tenma is carrying a gun for the first time since the opening. So that's why he resigned. He wanted to break the Hippocratic oath. Needless to say, he is looking more badass than before. I need more Johan Liebert. I need to see more of his atrocity. He is just like a normal villain for now, and I want to see how he did his murders and stuff like that. |

| While a bit predictable for the most part, the impecable execution makes this anime great so far. seems it will keep improving more and more. No doubt, since its Urasawa. Also, Urasawa knows how to write interesting characters even if they are given short time. |

| Okay, first thing I truly dislike and ruins this series: That annoying agent... I hope his freaking hand gets destroyed. He seems so anxious to find any piece of evidence that could incriminate Tenma that doesn't pay attention to all the rest that proves him not guilty. He just wants to put him in jail ffs. Poor Tenma. For a moment, I thought Eva had come to her senses about her past actions towards him. |

| Golly, Eva has been through 3 divorces. This is the second time she wanted to reconcile and get back together with Dr. Tenma. Because even she knew, despite how shallow/superficial she is that he was the only man who genuinely cared about her. Well, like Joni Mitchell said... ♫Don't it always seem to go That you don't know what you've got til it's gone♫ Did she really have to go and try to blackmail him though? That's not healthy. Then she went up and lied to the police! She did look pretty hot in this episode though, not gonna front. But she's still a bee-otch! Anyway, I liked how the patients formed a blockage when the police arrived. Dr. Tenma had to resign and left under crappy circumstances.
