| As the title suggests I'm just wondering if you guys have anime wallpapers on your phone or backgrounds for your computer/laptop. If so, do you guys find it embarrassing? Personally, I don't really care but I usually have one more action related wallpaper for my home screen and then a waifu type of thing for my lock screen so it's a bit weird opening my phone in front of people like my mom sometimes, but then again I don't really care so w/e. What about you guys? Also, feel free to send the wallpapers you use, so I can see how weird you are. |

But after the meeting ended, one of my friends complimented me for the wallpaper (No, he wasn't being sarcastic). Edit: In my country, many people aren't even aware of the weeb or otaku culture. |

So I've been banned from MAL-Badges, after spending nearly two years of my time and dedication to helping out, being the club's spokesperson, and planning for the revamp, it all goes down the fucking drain. What a joke the club has become. I advise everyone to stop using the feature and stop showing their support for the site and the club. We were promised that we will see changes come to the site, and nothing's been done for the past year. I doubt the site will be touched for the foreseeable future. | yes but none of them 'scream' weeb, usually more subtle or minimalist can't say i've ever been tempted to have a background or poster of some big booty with yuge tits or anything like that :shrug:, although part of that might be because I think backgrouds & posters are sorta in the realm of sociability if it's something i wouldn't necessarily be alright w/ sharing with someone else, then i prob wouldn't have it as a background |

| I have nothing but sexy anime girls on my laptop and phone background and screen savers. I tend to use a slightly tamer one for my screen saver that anyone might see when i pull my phone out, but for my back ground i use completely nsfw images. Look at my anime list background for an idea of what i use. Beautiful anime women are nice to look at, why should you be embarrassed of that. My missus actually doesn't mind anime girls, as she says they are only drawings, but if i use an irl woman (ie Melinda Clarke from her OC days), then she gets annoyed at me. |

I alternate between anime, my pets and David Bowie pictures lol In my computer I made a folder and filled it with anime wallpapers from almost all shows I've watched and I set the background as a slideshow. Right now there's a Cowboy Bebop one, for example. |

| I've had this ononoki wallpaper on my phone for about a year, it's very tame and just cute so nothing to be ashamed of. My laptop also has many as well as video games and landscape ones as well so nothing there. It's kind of a wierd question really when you got so many ppl with room filled with merchs out here so a phone wallpaper is really the last thing to be worried about. |
