| This was a great start to the new season with action mixed with some comedic bits especially when they went shopping and nude photo op at the end lol. Anyone caught that little nod to soul eater when they at the store? It's the bit right before the fight starts where there is a hat/mask of death and excalibur in the top right corner. |

| Glad to see this again. Didn't realise it would air this week. It was good to see the girls in casual clothing. Hinawa with his fashion sense... wasn't expecting the girls to betray Shinra like that XD. That OP by Aimer. She needs to do more OP for anime other than Fate. |

| A great start to season 2! Loved the humour in this episode - especially the men's calendar :P. The OP and ED were great. Can't wait for episode 2. |
| They really showed off the animation with that fight. It was a lot of fun even if it felt pointless. The op definitely got me hyped! Loved that second half. It's been a while since I've laughed this hard. |

| Quite a comedic episode, generally nice but kinda average for the start of the season ... especially part with the calendar was quite "fillery" and these inserts depicting characters and their abilities were also unnecessary for the second season (especially since the end of first season was only a little over half a year ago, maybe if it was 4 years). The same with OP and ED for me very average compared to the previous season (especially with the first wonderful opening "Inferno" <3). I wonder if because of the situation with Kyoto animation they wanted to make them "safe" this time? |

| I enjoyed fire force despite a lot of it's flaws that was heavily carried by it's top tier animation honestly didn't think they could do a 2 cour while keeping it that high but they did,so for them to continue with the same quality makes me think what kind of black magic production they have going on to go so hard decent but somewhat random fluff with some action opening speaking of opening getting Aimer is godlike i still don't think anything will top the first op but this one is great and a showcase of stuff to come i love the cut of shou's slow time. with how awful the fanservice was handled in the first season i was not expecting a ton of manservice funny stuff. |

| Pretty nice first episode, loved the manservice and DP flexing with the animation Can't say I'm fond of the OP though, it's the weakest of the 3 by far (which seems to be an unpopular opinion, but since I don't like Aimer's songs...) |

| First half: holy fuck this season is stylish, such quality DAMN Second half: awkward nude calendar segment... Yep. This is the 50/50 quality I've come to expect from this series. At least fanservice girl didn't lose her clothing this episode. Just the entire male cast did nude poses instead. lol that Benimaru's shot was sniped while he was in the bath |

| So happy to see Company 8 again! I'm a little disappointed by the OP, I like it as an Aimer fan but for Enen no Shouboutai the OP is too Bleach-ish, guess it'll take time for me to get use to it as Fire Force fan. |
| First episode for season 2 and the ending song and opening is wild asf, Shinra really wanted to see the princess naked in the nude calendar. But we finally see some fighting in the 1st episode cannot wait to see what happens next. |

| And here we are with the sequel of one of the worst shows I have watched last year. Now let's hope the general narrative can improve in the right way since last season's final episodes gave me certain hope of it. Entertaining episode overall. The first half featuring the fight against that huge Infernal, though kinda pointless from a narrative perspective, was great and despite the weird turn the episode took during the second half, I gotta say it wasn't really that bad. We got lots of man-service and curiously enough, I think it had way better execution than all the Tamaki fanservice we saw back in season 1. The brief pic of nude Hibana was quite welcome as well. As for other aspects, I'm glad to see the animation remains as strong as ever and though the comedy is still awkward, I won't deny the fact that I laughed a few times during the nude calendar segment. Especially with the Benimaru-Konro convo. OP was also quite good, by the way. Glad to see the studio didn't ruin Aimer's song with poor visuals as how the did with Coldrain last time. |
| A well-crafted introductory episode. It's good to see that this season improved on the pacing, which was the primary macro-issue with last season, whilst still retaining the tonal development and sense of atmospheric tension that shined last time, as well as that beautiful animation. If this keeps up, I'm expecting this to surpass the previous season |

| Really glad this anime is getting a season 2. Absolutely loved season 1 and can't wait for what season 2 has to offer. Off the top, animation is just how i remember, and the sound effects this anime can still very much blow my ear drums out. They did a really great introduction to the characters and setting of this anime for episode 1, showing us all the members of squad 8 and their abilities, Captain Oubi being the fucking super human he is, Captain Hibana being thirsty as shit for Shinra (but he has good taste for trying to find her in the special calendar) and David Production's knows that Sister Iris is best girl of the series. Heart literally fucking melted seeing her again. I actually dig the opening and ending's this time round. AiMER for the intro caught me off guard and the ending really appeals to the old school retro video game vibes. But tbh nothing could beat the legendary combo that was season 1's op and ed. I still listen to Inferno and Veil on the daily. all in all, funny af episode, really sparked my love again for this series and preview of ep 2 looks spicy af. |

| Ugh. This was terribad. Even as a starter episode that's supposed to be some kind of a breather, it's just all over the place in terms of tone and content. The first third of it, was okay, but quite dragged, really no need to remind the viewers that this world is filled with people that can combust and turn into flame mosnter at any time. The second third even though it has the best animated sequences, it has the most jarrying comedic bits in the worst of moments, add to that the mindnnumbing long pauses between combat where they have to explain to the audience their attack plan while the huge monster probably went out for a smoke break. The third part is probably the worst filler I've seen in ages, nothing to add or lampshade for future events but just dumbed down manservice. |

| Kind of a garbage recap/reintroduction episode. Also, what the fuck is wrong with Japan? A company nude calendar of men? My god. The beginning was pretty dull but that last half was dumb as hell. Should've just been a throwaway OVA episode. |

| Love opening This is one of series when I love nearly all main casts I love all characters except for Arthur and Tamaki who I am just okay with All of them are badass though loves actions and its so cool Haha Hinawa, Iris and Maki are my top favourites in the series. Obi and Shinra are cool as well |
