| Wow. That was so unexpected, it hit me really hard. Had to go back and read the chapter again, and it's a lot sadder with context. This is shaping up to be an amazing manga. |

| Man, the comedic horror vibe of the manga really leaves me unprepared for emotional twists like that but this hit especially hard. I commend the author's ability to make meaningful moments like these perfectly fit the story's themes. |

| Wow, this one hit as unexpectedly as Truck-kun. Funny thing, the moment i saw the whole family i whispered in mind: "wow, this character actually has both parents?" - I didn't know to laugh or cry at the end. It's just so rare in anime/manga to have both parents alive. |

| Man, what a twist! The moment I saw the picture of her dad I had to reread the whole chapter again. This is definitely the kind of chapters I was waiting for when I discovered this was getting serialized |

| This was an outstanding chapter, however what actually caught my eye the most was the afterwards in the volume. This is the first time I can recall an author actuall show their family in the afterward. It was also cool to see how his wife worked as his sounding board and was the one who came up with the name. I also wonder if he had another job because he already had a wife and two kids before he made a successful manga, and he's only written on short thing before. |

| about chapter 9 : page 1 : dawson is a parody of this : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawson_(store) page 7 : a hint from the mangaka : in this breakfast scene , there is no food or water in front of the ghostly father . and he is reading a ghostly newspaper ? this must be an old newspaper around his time of death . last page , last panel : on the poster are the 3 ghosts from chapter 1 . about chapter 9.5 - bonus - omake - at the cake store : there is a ghost woman in page 3 , panel 2 , panel 4 , and page 4 , last panel . maybe she is the mother of the ghost kid . |
