| I think it was right of Shouji to go after Shachiko BUT he should seriously have broken up with Nana before doing that. My reasons for their break-up being that they didn't even talk to each other much or do much together while on the other hand, Shachiko was almost always with Shouji. I still feel sorry for Nana. |

| I agree with the above post. I think Shouji who is sensitive and caring is better off with someone like Sachiko, who is sweet and sensitive too. However I don't condone the cheating part. Break up with your girlfriend before you sleep with someone else! Anyways, great episode. I'm really getting into this series now! |

| Oh god! I've been in Nana's place, I literally cried tears of frustration watching this! As for Sachiko, I don't think she did anything wrong... she is single and she liked him, it was Shoji who has a relationship and he's the only one responsible for his faithfulness. The only thing that bothered me is that she said she would stay out of their relationship, that really pissed me off. At least, be honest: "I don't care about your girlfriend, I want you for myself" |

| Great episode, this series is damn good. Since I'd rather put myself in other people's shoes instead of taking the moral high ground & judge, I can't really hate Shouji for this. What he did wasn't right but it happens more often than not. Most people would've succumbed to the temptation, especially when Sachiko seems more his type than Hachiko and they spend much more time together... This is most likely gonna become an unholy mess, a beautiful unholy mess that is since it's damn interesting to watch. |

| wow... that resonated with me hard. Really felt Shouji's anxiety as he was walking with Sachiko... and I got teary eyed when he turned around and saw Sachiko crying and begging him not to leave her... could almost feel how he felt. As much as I hate cheating, I felt him too hard to be furious at him. The rage in this thread is a bit excessive, anyway. What he did is terrible but it doesn't make him a terrible person; people make mistakes and I'm quite sure he's going to hate himself for this later. It's sadly common for this kind of thing to happen. The romance in this show is painfully, painfully realistic... best episode yet on another note holy smokes Nana's sister is black? her mom likes BBC? |

| So, cheating is never okay, but it's an understandable turn of events for Shouji. He could have handled the situation better, broke it off with Nana first. Of course, Sachiko was going in for the kill, so that made it hard. Still not right, but given the circumstances... So anyway, Shouji is in love with this idiotic/selfish girl who loves him, but doesn't realize it. He deals with the abuse for a year, then when they finally get together end up living apart. They don't see each other, and just share occasional phone calls and texts. He remained faithful despite this. She comes to Tokyo at the spur of the moment, and hasn't grown up at all. He loves the idea of her now more than the real her, and she's back to her hi-jinks. Even Nana herself thinks she ha's been a bad girlfriend, on top of spending more time with the band than Shouji, barely seeing him over months. Meanwhile, he gets a sweet coworker who is in class with him, they get along, she's cute, and unlike Nana, they have a lot in common. They're friends, but it's easy for those lines to blur. He's in love with Sachiko but doesn't realize it, and tries to remain true to Nana, even though he's confused about it. complex situation. |

| Whoa! I so hoped this wouldn't happen :( But then again, I somehow never felt they had a good relationship in the first place. Probably good to end it to get something better out of it in the long run. Still it sucks how this happened. I was feeling so sad for Sachiko, and I was already prepared to follow her when she started to cry, but then... And she knew and he knew... they both sucked in the end. |
