I think in the depths of consciousness, unless vital organs are punctured or such, people could possibly talk a few words after falling from such heights as Cher did... whether it was possible for Hubb to be there so fast is another matter... but I assumed the wolves brought him, as they could...

Shinsekai Yori is the most boring anime I've ever seen. It followed this really obnoxious pattern where it would throw a bunch of vague shit at you, and then pause to explain everything in an infodump. I couldn't connect with it at all.

How has Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso been so far?

I recently finished the Fragments of Love manga. I think you'd enjoy it. It's fast paced, multifaceted, and slightly more realistic than idealistic. Good times.

:D I wish I knew of more shoujo-ai to recommend, but most of the others I've come across are basically porn, or they're super slow and slice of lifey.

Stahhp, you're going to make me buy Girl Friends! Not like there would be anything wrong with that if I did. There's something nice about being able to hold a physical book, isn't there? It's better than flipping through jpegs on a tablet.

It looks like a dictionary, lol. It really drives home how much writing and drawing goes into making a manga. So much work...

To be honest, I'd rather have Octave than Sasameki Koto, but I doubt Octave will get an official release anytime soon, and Sasameki Koto is pretty good, so why not.

Movies and OVAs don't count. :P

Don't try to downplay it. :P But seriously, we've seen about the same amount of anime. According to the stats, I've completed 1,883 episodes, and you've completed 1,989.

That's a sweet deal on Girl Friends. And I didn't realize it was that freakin big! I think I might get that one too, along with Sasameki Koto.

I'm probably going to start Fragments of Love or Complex soon. Hopefully they're good.
