Joseph Joestar, what was that revival? Transfusing dio's blood made him come back to life, not only that, he decides to prank everyone as soon as he comes back to life, like, what was Araki smoking
I usually don't hate any characters but there are some characters who whenever I watch them get on my nerves and I honestly wished that they die.some of the examples are.
1.Kururugi Suzaku
2.Sawanaga, Taisuke
3.Kirstein Jean
4.Near I wish that he had died instead of Light.
5.Ryuugamine Mikado and Kishitani Shinra
There are other characters also but I think these are enough.

You can really blame only Araki for that, from the gist of it, he wanted him to live to make a transition to Part 4. Josuke would be slightly edgy too tbh, it would end up like Josuke would suddenly want a responsibility for the arrow, ending up with the overused motivation of family inheritance. Joseph is too precious as well
I would want every Kakegurui cast to die in their gambles except Ryouta, the only good thing about the show.
maybe none. i am not that person who hate so much to one villain or another.
cz villain is the MC too. story is boring when they were just happy all time.
sometimes i like nakiri azami and gakuhou. they played it so good.

Kite from HxH. Bringing him back totally undermined everything Gon went through during the CA arc; it rendered his character arc worthless. Just a huge fuck up on Togashi's part.
Everybody that died in the DR2 simulation, for me it just ruins DR2 that all of them came alive in Hope Arc especially since the OVA is really only fan service. As for a DR character in general, I would’ve replaced Munakata to make Ruruka more likeable.
Kirito
Kaneki (?) (Haven't watched the second season)
Lisa (Zankyou no Terror)
Everyone from Diabolik Lovers
Everyone from Amnesia
Everyone from Wolf Girl Black Prince

Only thing you can say is it's not the exact same one.
I think that Goku should have died (as the main character) in the Cell arc of Dragon Ball Z like they seemed to be working towards but they were afraid of killing the golden goose.
What happened in Episode 4 of Attack on Titan was a great moment that was undermined just two episodes later, they should have stuck with it and made Mikasa the main character, undoing things just made it all come off as cheap.
Toji should definitely have died in episode 18. In fact everyone involved wanted his death but due to a promise Anno made not to kill any of the children, he was kept alive and "Hospitalized," even if every implication stated it was impossible to survive. I mean his entire entry plug was crushed like paper, no human could survive that.
Canonically speaking, I refuse to believe he actually survived and follow the Anno's intentions because they have a greater consequence on Shinji's psych.
Please kill Nadeko-chan before Mongatari: the second season. My hate for her is equivalent to the blaze that would come forth whilst setting all the trash in the world on fire.

Armin Arlet from AoT. Fk off Isayama! You took the most engaging character in the manga and killed him off to have Armin survive! Literally every side character in AoT is more interesting to watch than Eren, Mikasa and Armin! Bad enough you killed Ymir offscreen, but Armin surving in place of E was some high level bullshit.
Also, Sasuke Uchiha should have died. His resolution was half-assed and the story went to great lengths to try to redeem him to the point Naruto was forgiving people who murdered his parents in preparation for Sasuke and at no point did I buy it. Even Orochimaru surived and essentially became a good guy. The whole second-half of Naruto is a disaster.
Too many characters in One Piece and Fairy Tail to name.
All the characters that were resurrected with bullshit deus ex machina. If you're going to kill a character, then have the balls to keep them dead, instead of first killing them for some cheap melodrama, and then bringing them back because you want to have your cake and also eat it.

Aw man, yeah its too bad they couldn't go through with that. I didn't know that but was a bit disappointed as well, though it is a great episode all the same.
Not because I hate them but any character who could have died but didn't or that revived:
Kite (it renders all Chimera Ant Arc pointless, specially Gon's development and it's very plot armor the way he revives [and useless, since he doesn't have a purpose when he revives]) and Hisoka (It would have been interesting if he stayed dead, but no... We need two generic Genei Ryodan members to die instead. Also, it didn't make much sense even if they explained it). Hunter x Hunter... I expected better of you... Just why?
Armin, the first time the series kills a main character they have to revive him.... Ok. The only characters who died weren't main characters (Ymir, Bertolt and Erwin aren't exactly main characters) so having Armin revive is just stupid plot armor (also, it would make Armin a better character overall if they made him stay dead and it would give so much opportunities for development of Eren & company... Having Erwin die instead is pointless since he was just a commander and it didn't seem like a lose at all)
The DR2 cast and Kirigiri... It doesn't make sense at all, renders DR2 to be pointless, makes obvious the plot armor of DR1 survivors and discriminates against all dead characters if death is so easy to repair and is obvious fanservice... F**k DR3 in general. Actually, I also wanted Hagakure to die instead of my boy Ishimaru but no, we need to have a useless character instead of an interesting one at the end (this isn't as bad in the game but the anime makes it obvious why both the decision to make Hagakure live and Ishimaru to die early after Mondo's death are so stupid)
It makes the whole series to be pointless that everyone mystically revives. One of the reasons I hate this show.
If Fukkatsu to Lelouch is the continuation to R2, this would apply with Lelouch. I love Lelouch but dear god just make him stay dead. In fact, one of the reasons I love him is because of his sacrifice at the end so making him stay alive would be so pointless. However, I think the reason why there are the recap movies is to change the ending so probably this problem will not apply (i hope)
A mild example but I would have prfered if Hachikuji stayed in hell than returning to Earth. It makes sense? Yes. But it makes the drama of Onimonogatari to be a bit pointless (even though at the end I don't dislike the idea, I just thing it could be better). But here the main problem is Kaiki... He was killed in Koimonogatari but because of plot armor he appears in Hanamonogatari which is chronologically after. We aren't given an explanation why. I love Kaiki but making him alive is just stupid. However, in this case I theroize Kaiki to be a ghost so this problem doesn't apply as much.
Asia, since it would have been interesting to have her dead but at the end it would make the whole arc to be as pointless as Fuuko's arc is in Clannad. So it's like an strange example. Also, I like Asia so it's not like I mind
The one that comes to mind and that , if had died , it'd have made that show slightly better is Makarov from Fairy Tail , he really had to die at some point , and he could have died in the Tenrou Island arc but why he didn't is beyond me...
lol wut
why
first time I see someone hate Yoko
she's an adorable character
Lol, I haven't seen the anime yet but she looks like one of those characters who keep talking and yapping about nonsense. Well, I think females are easier to hate than male characters in the first place...(minus bland harem protags and other cliche males that no one likes).
Well, you see, stating crap like that is idiotic when you haven't seen the anime in question. Yoko is nothing like that, in fact she probably talks the least of the main four characters. A different one, by a stretch, could fit your description but that's irrelevant.
Also why are females easier to hate?
My two most hated characters actually happen to be female but that's just coincidence, there's tons of hateable guys in anime as well
As some people mentioned, Kirigiri Kyouko. Seriously she should really died but magically revived because of some fucking medicine or whatever and it seems Kodaka doesn't have balls to kill her.

Maybe higher pitched voices+more annoying traits and the tsundere cliche.
Makarov, Gajeel, Erza and practically everyone who should have died in the last arc. Makarov's case especially. Death is practically his bitch.
Can you tell me what happened in the final arc? I'd like to know.
-Makarov sacrifices himself to defend the guild in a touching scene, where he uses the Fairy Law and defeats a buch of mooks, dying and turning into an statue. Then he gets revived after the last fight because... reasons. Mashima never bothered to explain it.
-Gajeel is transported to what basically is the world of deaths by a villain, and he died. But another villain suddenly cast an spell who changes the geography of the continent and he returns to the world of the living (when he was already in the Underworld, and thus he was not part of Fiore by that point) because fuck yeah. Even worse, after such villain is defeated, the land returns to it's original form, and Gajeel stays alive because... reasons.
-Erza, after defeating a very powerful oponent, with the bones of her body broken (read this, all, if not most, of her bones broken) somehow manages to destroy a FUCKING METEORITE like if she was Saitama. Why? Because She's Erza, fuck yeah!
I.e. The last arc was a load of bullshit, even by the standars of the series.
