| I started watching knowing nothing about this anime (other than it's not on my to 'try out for sure' in this season list) The setting isn't bad, and as always Kyotoani makes it nice looking and nice sounding. Still as the episode progressed, I understood exactly why it wasn't on my to try out for sure list... I will pass on another 'harem advertisement of LN', I lost all faith in this genre long ago. |

| Musaigen no Phantom World EP1 - Great start to the season! Really enjoyed the first episode of this one. High Points: Amazing Visuals, Interesting Characters(Loving Reina so far), Interesting setting and story, and the OP/ED are very catchy and likeable! Low Points: Bouncey, Bouncey in the first episode! |

| KyoAni, You did it again. Great Job!! :D I like these anime. as expected from KyoAni, smooth animation like always. the fight was great, and the story looked interesting imo but no plot yet though..... That dance in the second half XD, i didn't expect that Mai is a funny person. Seriously, i laught so hard after her boobs jiggling past the rope. GG! i think this will be a funny and enjoyable show with great action. i still think that Mai was touching her breast so that she have powers was really weird but it was okay for me. Can't wait to see the next episode. Mai = Best girl of the season. |

| The OP was pretty awful but the animation is God Tier. Solid start for this series, don't mind the fan service personally. The character designs look great as well Mai is already a contender for best girl of the season. |
| Gorgeous animation and I personally like the Idea behind it. Especially the whole human brain thing, which is a nice twist to the whole Phantom world thing that is going on. Hope this series gets somewhere. |

| That was a really nice start. I enjoyed the visuals, the pace was nice and quick, and the setting is actually pretty good. Like the idea of the perceptions of humanity getting suddenly changed and now the world is just having to adjust to these things becoming part of their reality. I will say it's kind of fun that they play around with the fanservice a bit. I mean can't say I've seen many limbo fanservice scenes or really any where that kind of tactic was used to win XD. Like the MC, a very knowledgeable person who reads a lot, Mai is pretty awesome and the main fighter, and Reina has quite the appetite XD. |

Ruru strongly reminded me of Muru Muru form Mirai Nikki. About the fanservice... Not sure if the originality was ridiculously bad or ridiculously good. Juat like the whole idea of dancing utility poles. |

| Excellent first episode. I like the set up so far, there could be some great adventures in store. Of course, the visuals are incredible, per the norm for KyoAni. The characters seem fun and interesting. It's only been one episode, so we'll see how they develop. Ruru is super cute, she reminds me of Shantae. Can't wait to see more. Just one episode in and it's already miles better than Shit Euphonium. Also, I absolutely love all the salt in this thread. |

| Mai still has ways to go before she is as great as Sento Isuzu but she has her own charm. Izuma is nice in a way as well. The main seems i bit like your average main so for then again some of the other characters that appeared where typical Kyoani so it doesn't have to be a bad thing. |

KyoAni always delivers when it comes to art/animation, Mai in particular looks freaking cute, not too mention sexy af x3 & i mean sexy as fuck. (those boob physics though >.> ) Having Sumipe voice her was perfect! love the voice cast of this one... I love the ecchi here, it's obviously there but not over the top like most of the ecchi last year. I love Koito's design, looks like Maaya's using a different voice type for her... |

There isn't really much. Not enough to consider it part of the genre. Also to anyone who didn't know, the whole limbo scene is anime original, and Kyoani (for better or worse) has been adding fanservice. And here I thought they had to because of LN. |

| Good episode and I doubt the fanservice is going to be as heavy later, they should focus more on the story... unless KyoAni wants otherwise. Also, the story actually seems interesting, unlike some LN adaptations. |
