| I'm excited to announce our 2016 Anime/Manga Challenges! A very big thank you to SheyCroix and tsuyokunaru for organising these events for us. Click the images below to check out this year's challenges.   What does it mean to participate in these challenges? You will be watching/reading one anime/manga title for each item in your challenge list, which meets the specific criteria requested. The purpose of these challenges is not only to watch/read more, but also to go beyond your standard fare. There are three difficulty levels: Easy (20 items), Medium (35 items) or Hard (50 items). Do I have to sign up to participate? You don't HAVE to sign up in the threads to do the challenge, but this allows you to keep better track of your progress and compare challenge lists with other users. Plus, it's an excuse to have fun in the community! So what do you think? Can you complete the challenge? Maybe I can even complete an easy level myself... |
| I don't marathon much anymore so going to pass on the anime. But like last year, the manga reading challenge part should be fun. Edit: will probably go for completionist this time to get everything done rather than aiming for speed. |

| Oh hey, that's Kannagi in the badge. Thumbs up. Too busy myself. Success in these challenges equals the exact opposite at exams and various other projects, and the latter take priority. Especially at this time of the year when everything is stockpiled in such small interval of time. Good luck and have fun to everyone participating! |

| It does sound like fun, but I think I'll wait a few months before I actually sign up (Because I wanna finish writing a story). When I do sign up, though, I hope I won't stress myself out, since this'll (Hopefully) be the first time I'll be doing something like this. I also hope I won't sign up too late. |

| Same as some have posted, I don't have the time to spend on this right now, and as I know how I am I will almost certainly focus on marathon to make it fast... Last year's challenge I ended up 3rd, and cost me a lot of time, so I'll pass. Good luck to everyone participating! |
