Reads review on Naze Toudouin Seiya 16-sai wa Kanojo ga Dekinai no ka? years after finishing the manga.
Reads - "If you love comedy, slice of life, look for another manga."
Me: Boy, those are like the two strongest points of this manga!

Haha what's up man?

If u want to read a good slice of life i recommend space brothers. The anime has an inconclusive ending, manga amazing second favorite slice of life anime/manga after mushishi

Yea, I've been also recently busy had to take classes for the SAT since I haven't started preparing b4 that, and gotta start doing my summer hw that I've been procrastinating for. Didn't rlly like no game no life that much from the anime, other than the animation and sound. It was somewhat entertaining at times, but I didn't rlly like the fanservice. Knowing madhouse they prolly adapted the anime right, surprised to see it's change later on from ur description. I don't mind getting spoiled, but how does the series drastically change, from what I remembered it was a lighthearted mildly entertaining series. I myself try to stay away from league of legends and dota for example, cuz if I start liking a game I'll eventually get hooked to it for a long time.Speaking of games, pokemon go has been the hype in america, think it broke the appstore record. Since every1 was playing it, I also rolled along with the hype and also started playing it. Literally every1 lol, even ppl who don't know anything bout pokemon, parents children every1 lol. There has been lots of crazy things tho when ppl been playing, ppl who found dead bodies while playing, crossing HIGHWAYS, and even using it to lure ppl to some locations and robbing them. I like the game and all, but damn some ppl r crazy. Relife is a rlly good slice of life show, looks generic at first but the chracter development is rlly good, hope they make a season 2 by the rate of the webtoon there cud easily be one early 2017

patawad at ako'y nahuli! (I've been studying a little bit :p)

haha. but yers ish betta. i cannot agree to dat. patawad. c:

A dense forest? hehee. For some reason, I don't feel like you're exaggerating. ha.
That sounds terrifying! D: What would the people do to the women&children if they weren't being raped or abused? Labor? I can't think of any other reason...

Ha, that sounds like something I never would have guessed. Why are they stereotypical? & if they don't have any plot... then what do they do in the movie to keep it going? o:

Oh, okay, sorry. It was some popular club that my sister was talking about on her facebook. Wasn't sure if it was popular in multiple places of the Philippines or not.
What's your favorite tourist attraction in the Philippines? (not sure if I've already asked this question before. Sorry if I have. Dx)
& do you have a favorite dish/food?

Glad to see saiki updated on a daily basis, liking that more than one weekly episode, and it fits with the style of the episodic comedy. Haven't watched tonkatsu, but that seems like one of the most underrated shows from last season since it wasn't rlly talked about much. I liked mob psycho, although it won't be as good opm the art and music is good. I read a bit of mob psycho's manga, but I stopped reading since one's art was hard to read through. Amaama reminds me a bit of barakamon prolly cuz of naru, and a lot like usagi drop. Amanchu is made by the author of the aria series which I'm rlly looking forward to later watching. 91 Days is the show that I'm personally enjoyed the most after saiki so far (ironically complete opposite), but the problem with shows like 91 days is the way they fall apart later on like Gangsta for example. The op of 91 days is one of the best op of the season, it's by TK Ling Tosite Sigure who did the tokyo ghoul op. Overall this season of anime exceeded my expectations, one of the shows I was looking forward to the most, orange, isn't even in my top 7 atm. In fact watching the anime makes me notice more of its flaws from the manga such as the weak characters. I would recommend watching re:life tho, the manga is great and the anime is the best of summer ( altough idk whether to count it as spring or summer since they released all the episodes at the end of spring season).

Lol saw the preview of Onara Gorou, idek how shows like that even get adapted while other good series don't. Yea I completely forgot about prison school, it was a pretty funny series, most memorable funny moment was the shower scene. When I first started watching anime I used Hulu for a bit then I started watching on crunchryoll with adblock since the ads were annoying me. Now I watch on kissanime since crunchyroll doesn't rlly have a lot of anime compared to sites with illegal streaming like kissanime. This season of anime I've been watching too many shows, close to 20, i gotta drop a lot of shows this season; there's a wide variety of shows that has some decent potential so far. The shows I love so far and supriesed me would be Saiki (AOTS lol shame it's so short), Amaama, Amanchu , and 91 days r shows that surprised me the most. Days on the other hand makes me cringe, smh a kid who just started soccer, who's not even athletic, but one of those enthusiastic happy mc. I would understand if he had some athletic skill but nope, and now u expect him to be a captain after 3 years of hard work, but in reality terms speaking in sports u need skill WITH effort. And Berserk don't even get me started I might just drop it, like Guts injured cuz of freaking a leg injury... tf they didn't even show the lost children arc and the epic fight. Instead, they show a man who slays 100 ppl become helpless to a leg injury. Most recent episode of re:zero got me hooked on it now, seeing the spoilers ik wud happen adapted still surprised me. Although, there could have been more gore and they could have showed us the mutilation :D, and that Subaru is a helpless character other than his power; I'm starting to like the series more and more.

Nuh way. Yurs is tots better. No competition! Mine is equivalent to poo. :p

Oh, I've bought bootleg movie copies before, not knowing they were fake, & I personally dislike them. I feel pretty ripped off when I get one of them. You like them, though? How come?
& glad to hear that you like the series. (: You should definitely watch The Hobbit afterwards. I really liked the first two, but I felt that the third was a bit unnecessary. Really great, nonetheless.

Haha, a few meters away from your house? xDD
I'm surprised you're not sick of the smell by now. ha.
The police even do drugs?! That's crazy. I think it'd be really rare to meet a policeman here that did anything of the sort.
I just googled your laws on drugs, which I guess people used to get the death penalty for having drugs (yikes!) & I just saw someone saying that people sell women & children on the streets of Manila. Is that true? o:

I'm sure your countries movies are really good. (: & if they're not that popular, then they're probably underrated. The Ma' Rosa doesn't seem too bad. & it's an independent film. I wonder what the "professional" movies are like.

Do you know what Revel at The Palace is?
AnimeWatcher69 Jul 9, 2016 10:27 AM
Nejimaki is ok, cant rlly say from the first episode, all I can say is that I didn't rlly like the character design. Lol I think harems and echhi animes are the worst genres of anime due to just the pure fan service and lack of plot. There might be a few good ones I haven't seen, since I typically don't judge anime from the genres until I've actually seen it. DxD is the only one I've seen that had some decent plot progression lol for a bit. I use gogoanime as an alternative for kissanime when it's down, pretty good site for watching it on your phone also. Didn't really see slice of life anime last season like flying witch and tanaka, but this season for slice of life seems to be dominating. The Stanford rape case, happened like a month ago, and considering who the alleged rapist was a superstar swimmer who could have even went to the Olympics goes to show u how u can't trust any1 no matter how famous or well known they are.. cough cough.. bill cosby.... Speaking of guns recently the news has been damn terrible with a black man hung in the park and ppl r suspecting it to be a KKK lynching, which is so fucked up; and also the fact of the Dallas police shooting. 5 police officers were killed by snipers, es I mean SNIPERS. WTF even civilians can get access to that type of shit goes to show how dangerous it is. There has been a huge rift between some civilians and the police, sometimes even some crazy police officer recently also killed a supposed innocent civilian according to the news. Recently the news as a whole has been really bad, but the U.S. as a whole isn't as bad as u prolly think. From the looks of it Philippines crime rate is severely high, surprised to see that there would be a damn bounty on the presidents head.
AnimeWatcher69 Jul 7, 2016 12:30 PM
From the looks of it nejimaki looks like one of those type of shows that would fall apart, but now I'm looking forward to it especially considering madhouse faithfully sticks with the adaptations. A bit confused on the 2 separate shows for dangaropa this season, still prolly gonna watch it, but the series was so rushed; with everything, it would have been better to make a 26 episode adaptation. Literally every episode or at least every other episode som1 died and they rushed the trial, not actually showing all the investigating/clues for us the viewers to also try solving while watching. Lol i wish I was a 90s kid i was born in the early 2000s and I'm 16. I might try out a few like actions live cheese in the trap, considering the manga is so behind in translations and the drama is already over. Those type drama/romance shows aren't rlly that good plot wise, but it's still a good popcorn flick. Lol damn, the struggle of watching in 360p R.I.P. I stream my anime on kiss anime in 720p and it runs smootthly most of the time. My internet isn't rlly that fast compared to ohters in the U.S., but it's still better than over there. Where do u torrent ur anime now since kissanime changed its servers? This season started of alright my favorite one so far is prolly amaama to inazuma, it's so cute lol and reminds me of barakamon, which is also one of my fav slice of life anime. Yes punpun's life wasn't as relatable and dark compared to others, and the fact he remained ignorant towards his family; but I think the story was focused on facing the problems in the life rather than running from them. The split personalities is a noticeably flaw I agree, but I believe it reflects on the inner darker side of not only punpun, but every1. Texas has a huge problem with guns and America as a whole, a any1 can get can get access to a gun illegally or legally if they wanted to which is a huge problem. Altough it contradicts one of the amendments, the right to bare arms, the gun problem is geting out of control. How r the crime rates over there and the education?
Definitely Jul 5, 2016 11:15 AM
I likey yer new welcome sign. (:

Oh, okay. ha. No problem. I'd love to hear your opinion on LoTR once you're done with them. c:
Ooh? You know about Barnes & Nobles? o:

Ah, I see. That's an interesting way to think about it. But what were the laws put in place for it to become one of the safest societies? Like, a ban on drugs? More/stricter security? Less leverage of punishment to a crime?

The Conjuring 2? Really?! I don't think that American horror films are scary or interesting. Is horror really popular in the Philippines? :v
& hehe.

That's perfectly fine. (:
What were the things that you were struggling with in Photoshop? I'll try to make a tutorial when I have the time. c:

Yep zestria will be one of the most popular anime this season considering the animation along with the namteag that ufotable is adapting it. Usually games that r adapted into anime typically don't do well like dangaropa (imo), not gonna sterotype and look down on it, since it had a good start. Hopefully it doesn't break down through the middle or towards the end. Miura been at berserk for longer than I've lived even with the hiatus it's a lot of commitment and hard work. Don't really see live action movies at all, but considering how popular GIntama is in Japan I'm not surprised. But idk how they gonna make even a half decent live action movie considering Gintama's nature, I can't ever see it succeeding, it's one of those shows that aren't obviously meant for live actions; but u know Japan industry thirsty for money ( cough.. cough.. like berserk anime). My initial impression of mushishi and natsume were that they were alike, but really they are quite different other than the supernatural elements. I myself, tend to stream anime from kissanime, rater than torrent it, I see why ppl do that, but isn't streaming easier considering u don't have to wait for the episodes to download. Asano inio's punpun was a really good slice of life manga through growing up ( a small bonus of good symbolism through series) and some of the struggles in life when growing up, not only that but at times when it's lighthearted it can turn dark real quick in a realistic way. It reminds me a bit of the nhk at times which is also another rlly good show, and even flcl with the sex related themes. For ratings scale 5 is considered to be average so, typically most anime r supposed to get 5s. If i just rate everything high then it won't seperate the good anime with the mediocre/bad ones. I usually start to recommend shows from 6 to 7. I don't typically watch that many 5 min short anime, might give saiki a try looks like a good comedy anime. Lol u consider 6 hours good sleep some days I sleep for 12 hours straight and still feel groggy. I live in Texas so I live in the central time zone.
AnimeWatcher69 Jul 4, 2016 12:02 PM
Yep tales of zestiria was amazing, ufotable back at it again with it's unlimited budget works. Not only the animation, but the sound played in the background gave me a cinematic experience. Ufotable would be the best studio if they made more anime and adapted some good manga. They just tend to make original anime (god eater) and ln adaptations like fate and garden of sinners. Miura's art skills seem to be getting better looking at how clean the most recent chapter was. I agree Gintama is an anime that has a high re watch value considering how good the comedy is in each episode. The most recent chapters and chapter 594 showed a more psychological point, and there might be possibility of even space warfare, which I wouldn't even be surprised of. Gintama implements so many aspects from various genres, idek how sorachi even made such an amazing series. I've been on summer break for a month now and I've been watching the anime that I held off for a while. You could watch mushishi a few episodes a day, sit down and have some coffee. Mushsishi is just so relaxing, I regret binge watching it, since I believe it's an anime that you can sit down and slowly enjoy. Lol what have u been doing monster is such a good anime, other than slow pacing it's simply one of the best anime out there (Urasawa's best work close between 20th century boys). It's like a 12 hour difference between Philippines and here lol u been pulling an all nighter. 7 deadly sins is a decent shouenen anime I guess, but I don't seem to rlly like it as much as some ppl for some reason; but u should check out the second op of seven deadly sins, it's really good.
