Hmm it was an alright episode, felt somewhat slow with the aftermath of the recent game. There's some analysis of player order and tactics. I think the set up .
Some thrilling plays in the second half though.
This episode went pretty fast and I liked the focus on the plays. The transition between the life memories during the pitching scenes were cleverly done :3
MIYUKI U F***N GO TO THE HOSPITAL. Furuya u should've forced him man D:
I wasn't really excited for Ichidai but with Kosei and his overconfidence and the way he got REKT against Raichi lighting the flames in his soul I'm pretty hyped for this match now.
I really like Kosei, there's something about his character that's just bad ass.
Although I think I know which way this game will go, I wouldn't be surprised if it went the complete opposite. Here's hoping this game gets wrapped up in no more than 3 episodes.

Letting a home run go this early, most pitchers would drain their reserves, but instead Kosei feels rejuvenated. Interesting person already plus Manaka's high praise for him.
Forgot how versatile Yakushi was as a team, pretty much only remember Sanada and Raichi, but boy are they flexible in terms of their positions.
Both team seems really strong along with overflowing confidence. It isn't exactly common to see two teams in full throttle at this point of the game. Looking forward to how this match concludes!
Animation this episode was lacking (probably saving the budget for the next the Finals).
Just want this match to be over as quickly as possible because it's obvious who's going to win and that in turn makes this match very uninteresting to watch.
StormBoi said: I hope its wrapped up by next episode... I mean its not the most interesting game because of the pace and it doesn't really have a big significance.
Way to obvious who's in the final :/
Ya. But Kosei seemed interesting. How flexible Yakushi is to be able to easily interchange players like that?
Fake people have an image to maintain. Real people just don’t care.

This is gonna be a fun match
YEAH MIYUKI WTF! YOU'RE GONNA NEGATIVELY HURT THE TEAM.
Miyuki just go to the hospital!!! By the way Furuya is the only one who has noticed Miyuki's injured, or at least the only one who has confronted him about that.At least for now.
I like Kosei's intensity , and Yakushi switching players^^
It seems an interesting match
This injury to Miyuki is gonna suck for the next game. I hope they don't plan to use an entire episode for the time in between this Yakushi-Ichidai game and the Tokyo Finals.
They added Kosei character just to be a stepping stone to add more hype to Todoroki.
After all Todoroki is the ultimate rival for Sawamura. He can't have direct confrontation with other pitchers after all.
Miyuki just go to the hospital!!! - yep, you would think that at lesat he would know better. Even if he doesn't want to influence the team, is there a harm in telling the coach about it while hiding it from others. If it's not that serious then he will be let to play and if it is, then he should better get off the game as injures always come back to bite you at the end.
Maybe Honda Gorou can make a crossover in this anime. I've always wondered if anyone in the Diamond no Ace universe has what it takes to be one of the best Major League players in history when they get out of high school.
I'm not feeling it from any character in this series though, no true monster players. At best some of them will make it big in Japanese baseball.
