| I can't say I saw the concept of there being an entire store dedicated to the tracksuit Gintoki wears coming. I like how he was able to just walk out of the store with the new kimono because they look so similar. Kagura has been wearing a jockstrap on her head for nine years? Nah, that isn't very surprising. Can anyone tell me what the Zunboran is parodying? I couldn't find it from Googling "Zunboran." Poor Gintoki getting embarrassed by Kagura like that. She really did him dirty there. Gintoki has to have something exposed. I know what he means. I can't stand not having a watch on. The cape looked terrible though. I liked his third design the most. Since when can Yato grow horns? Is Kagura a different race now? I loved them flaunting their new looks. Shinpachi looks like a neckbeard. I LOVE the A E S T H E T I C of the new OP. It's probably one of Gintama's best looking OPs. The song is pretty good too. Leave it to Sunrise (or is it Bandai Namco now, I'm still confused about that) to animate an OP with a difference as huge Shinpachi's outfit for a single episode. When are they going to run out of macadamia nuts? I love how the homeless people are just living at the dojo now. Those Kamehamehas had pretty good form too. I never get tired of Gintama's Engrish. That name is a bit too long though. Shinpachi could just say it AFTER he uses the move. Some people do that, right? Nice move, Gorira. Shinpachi as a pervert was something I didn't know I needed in my life. I genuinely forgot for a solid moment how good of a swordsman Gintoki is. He was able to pull something out of his ass from a video game code immediately. Shinpachi has a glasses gauge, lol. I loved seeing Tae beat up Gorira. Gintoki even used Shinpachi's ultimate move on himself. Unfortunate that a way to block the block of the block of the block of the block doesn't exist. |

| There were some few laughs on the first one. But the second half is not so funny but still a decent one. Visuals on the new OP is cute while on the new ED is so cool! Hope we can see most of those in coming episodes :D |

| The first part was really lovely. Just seeing them shopping was so nice I wish there was more slice of life episodes. The second part was hilarious, poor shinpachi lol Also the OP is a nice song but it doesn't really fit Gintama. Like the artstyle too but it would be better used as the ED |

| For some reason, I found the clothing skit as one of the funniest scenes this season. It's on par with the scene of Gintoki and Kagura suddenly beating up the Shinsengumi during the frozen time arc. Choco macadamia was the ultimate move all along. I'd love to eat one right about now. lol |

| a shop with just Gintoki's clothes and the truth about Kagura's ... hair accessories. finally the answer to a pending for so long question... why Gintoki uses just one sleeve? Shinpachi, are you still into cat ears? Don't you remember episode 34? They're bad news. And that new look is... wrong. This is the new OP? Not convinced for now (the same for the new ED) What? The dojo reopened for real? Oh, well, they're teaching Dragon Ball moves instead of the art of sword. Don't complain, Gin. You had your chance of a special move in episode 89. And then... yet another overly long name that pisses Shinpachi off. "You don't need to call out loud the entire move name" ...a videogame cheat code? And the rest of Yorozuya already knows for dumb reasons. Yeah, finally this beat-em-up Street Fighter-esque scene har arrived. The parry of the parry of the parry of the parry etc. etc. seriously, it's hard to not laugh hard. Obviously, no happy ending, just more macadamia and cocoa... poor pair of glasses. |
