Thoughts on this season (Spoilers)

I just finished this season of Gintama and it was 10/10, like others are as well but this was somehow even better, not a single bad episode or even average I would argue. Incredible from start to finish, the OP, ED, Fights, Emotional weight, comedy, action I'm satisfied to my core. Gintoki vs Takasugi was very emotional, Shogun's and Isaburo's death was very emotional as well. Kondo finally on good terms with Otae😂, huh feels good. Finally Farewell shinsengumi I hope they enter the story quickly though, don't spoil me on that one. I can't wait to watch more.

I prefer s1 because of the nostalgic feel but this season is definetly the most loved by many fans and i can see why. Great serious arcs, great funny arcs and episodes

Definitely the best Gintama season by far, with 2/3 of the best serious arcs and some of the best comedy episodes in the series.

i dont remember much about what happened in this season except for the girl Gintoki but i remember i liked it. i wouldn't rate any Gintama Season 10 or above 9 since it doesnt even have a plot and its only a parody show, but yeah, funny and enjoyable. i didnt like the last season though and it was the only season with a plot

I personaly prefer season 2 (the one with the '), since that one has my favorite arcs (4 devas, scandal, vacation), but this one is pretty great too

10/10 season, it deserves every bit of praise it gets. Gintama in whole deserves it actually. It is a gift for every anime watcher. First time I ever had tears in my eyes and felt sad over a character death.

The humor episodes were not as good as season 2 or maybe even season 1 but the serious arcs made up for it
