| Episode was simply amazing, soundtrack was on point same goes for the action, new characters fit in perfectly and Nicolas being badass as usual, what is there to complain about. |

| It's refreshing having animes like this and not the same shounen/harem shit. Loving it, both Nicolas and Worick are awesome. The temptation to read the manga is killing me. |

| So did this just turn into a Bleach-esque Battle Shounen? The animation leaves much to be desired. It's pretty bland, there's little variety or color. "It's not censored" It's not drawn either. At least Nina brought a bit of personality into the show. Hopefully she's around quite a bit. Of course the bad bosses bodyguard has to be a woman and the other might be a woman as well or a trap, typical. Stop animating jagged teeth plz. It can't be takin seriously. |

| Now that I've gotten a better listen to it, the ED sounds sweet. Nina is a cute girl, and pity for her living in a city like this. I hope she gets more screentime later on. And I'm liking Alex's character so far and how her thoughts seem more realistic. |

| Wow this is actually really brilliant so far! Nicolas is such an interesting and badass character, really wanna know more about him and everything else aswell. OP and ED are great, getting used to them now, ED best though, can't wait for full version! |

| Hm . . . Again, I liked the episode(the directing, soundtrack, etc.), but at the core there's so little substance. I hope this is not becoming a mainstream shounen-esque anime show, because that's what I feel so far. It's like the director is really good but he has to work with a not-so-good source material. |

| Ah man, I can see that this episode involved a few chapters. I'm not sure if they skipped Worick's other job intro or if it's more to the end of the first volume. Maybe the next episode will include that more, as this one was more about an explanation of Twilights, and setting up plot with that last scene. Speaking of that last scene, I'm happy and surprised to see the silhouettes of those characters, some of them are my favourites in the manga. I re-read the first volume of the manga on the bus the other day, and for the life of me I can't remember what was off about Alex and Doctor Theo's interaction, but I swear it entailed more than that. Oh well! Next episode should wrap up the first volume! I'm really loving the OST, especially in this episode. Excited for the next episode! |
| This was more badass than the previous episode. Damn that Nickolas. The doctor is also badass. Lol when his clinic's wall was attacked and he jumped on Nickolas to try and stab him with an injection. Worick was also cool when he took out all those people waiting for the little girl to kidnap her. Alex also helped out a bit. We learn some stuff about the dog tags. And Nickolas has, unsurprisingly had a rough past. I wouldn't be surprised if the one who wants the doctor eliminated was given the wrong medicine and stuff by the doctor. Considering the place, it is very much possible. Lets see whether this person is part of the mafias or is an outsider. If he's an outsider, he's a goner for sure. His gang is gonna be eliminated if he's not from around here. And if he's one of the mafias men, then our two Handymen are in for a heap of trouble since they'd be messing with the wrong people. |
| It's good that they've already gone and explained the whole dogtag thing, but it's kind of annoying that they suddenly introduce another new term immediately afterwards, and I bet this one won't be explained so quickly. Even so, this was a very good episode, almost certainly a step up from the first episode. |

| Another great episode. So our two main characters aren't the only one with dogtags and it seems they are ranked with the strongest probably being A-0 so far like Nicolas since the other guy with B-2 had no chance against him but it seems there are stronger guys without dogtags as seen in the last bit of the episode where they kill the B-2 guy, probably outsiders from Ergastulum. Nina seems like an ok character, but I'm definitely not thrilled with how young she is, although even Gungrave and Black Lagoon had children as characters. Alex is yet to get used to all the violence despite being a former prostitute there and you can see how unsettling she was in this episode especially towards Nicolas. I wonder what's the paper the Doctor gave to Alex was suppose to mean at the end? It kinda confused me, at first I thought he was giving her his number but then it turned out to be empty... |

| Yep, second episode is even better than the first! We finally know the meaning behind those dogtags. Not surprisingly, Nico's OP as hell lol. Loved how he beat the hell outta that B2 level guy without much trouble. This Anime's giving off great vibes and I'm certainly enjoying what I've seen so far. |

| Hmm... I'm not sure whether I like Nina or not yet. She seems timid & annoying, but there's also something endearing about her. I guess she's mostly going to be comic relief, so I guess that's fine. I liked that scene with her & Allie-chan talking about Nicholas, though. That was legitimately good. I'm wondering what a "Twilight" is now, though. Apparently Nicholas is one, as well as those people at the end. I'm not sure how I'd feel if this show went into supernatural territory. In any case, Nicholas was even better in this episode than the first. Also, I liked this doctor character they introduced. All around the show is still really solid. Hope it becomes more than simply fighting & action every episode, though. |
