DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Haruhi in a nutshell Well, she still brings in that good amount of humor into this series. And not only that..well, not impressed at how she is living lol. Is it also just me or does this show really has a thing for food? And also, some of Haruhi's poses/personality reminds me of Kongou a bit.  |

| Haruhi lying from cold... lol~ what a funny meeting. She doesn't seem to remember her (she thought she was a junior high boy...), until she mentioned. Haruhi is still the same Haruhi even in spin-off. Kyon and Haruhi said the same thing to Yuki. Two new members from another school. Poor Kyon. Quiet life becomes lively. |

| Well, we're here again, aren't we? I don't like it. I thought this Haruhi would be more cheerful and yet I still don't like it. There's too much forced personality that doesn't go well with the nature of her character at all. Not to mention that the encounter felt flat and poorly done. I expected some change but it seems there is to be none with the way the story goes except a much subdued and lame version of Nagato. That being said, it felt nice to see Tsuruya-san confronted Haruhi. The best part of the episode. |

| Well this is definitely the Haruhi I remember XD Once Haruhi is here everything goes crazy ^^; Lol'd at Kyon's "It is??" when they agree to Haruhi being the president of the club and Koizumi is even more chill than the original series lol The vs Tsuruya abducting Asahina part was fun :3 Let's see how this goes. At least Asakura seems much more main here than the original :P |

| Wow that was a *huge* improvement over the first two episodes. It actually felt like the real Haruhi Series again Ironic that it's Haruhi's energy that saves the show even though it's supposed to be Yuki's spinoff. Still don't know why the hell Yuki's character is so utterly broken and terrible in this version compared to the original :/ |

They even had a snowy mountain reference near the start I think. I did like the new music that played during one scene. 7/10 episode. Firgging love haruhi. |

| Aaah, hearing Mikuru's voice... it hurts. And the animation is pretty ugly again, they really don't know how to correctly express their emotion. It baffles me studio like this managed to get rights for the series o_O But as bad as those scenes looks and dialogues lacks consistency (random references are not enough) it is obvious Haruhi is the one who drove this franchise forward. Her interaction with Kyon is something precious. In fact, she overshadowed main heroine by miles (well, pretty much everyone in this show do). And that's pretty bad for this series, right? |

Truth be told, I was sold on episode 2 but now we have every character back in the crew, this is going to set up a whole heap of left field adventures. Extremely curious about how they'll make Nagato stand out in that circus, but I have faith they'll deliver. And now we see Kyon's old attitude back, it really was a Haruhi-exclusive snideness, GG. | I do miss Haruhi and her never-ending hyperactiveness. =D Poor Kyon and Koizumi got humiliated by Tsuruya lol I'm getting more used to the art & animation now. Although I'd still prefer the art from Kyoto Animation, Satelight has done a pretty good job honestly. The pacing for the show is pretty good too. |

| It wasn't too bad this week. I can see why KyoAni avoided it like the plague though. Hirano is struggling to find Haruhi's original voice because she sounds more like Lucy from Fairy Tail, which I suppose isn't a surprise considering they're airing at the same time. I preferred Nagato with her robot voice ... |

| Everything is in Haruhi's pace now. This was pretty entertaining to see how the group comes together. Itsuki turning into Haruhi's lackey and to charge in like that as commanded lol. It is lively with Yuki being like this too. |

| Even more nostalgia. The OST got my hype up even more. Dat ponytail. Dat Mikuru. I'm getting more warmed up to the art. I never disliked it but it was a little strange at first. I was afraid this series wouldn't feel like Haruhi but I'm glad I'm wrong. Also, Yuki is almost more moe with feelings than she is without. Almost. |

| I thought this spin off was going to be more about Nagato, with Haruhi showing up once in a while. Not that I'm complaining. Looks like there is some hope for this show after all. This was the first episode I enjoyed from the beginning to end. The character design though. Out of all the characters, she looks the worst. |
