They're all good friends ^^ Zuka's debut audition seemed to have caught the directors attention a little bit though. He probably saw potential. She nailed some parts quite well actually :3 And adding Nyaa at the end was lol XD |

| This felt like a break episode and with how hectic the show has been so far it was nice to catch up with the main girls and see how they're doing. Aoi's call from home was nice. I do hope Shizuka eventually finds success voice acting, but for now it looks like it's back to the hectic drama. |

| Did everybody see the red "cue lamp" that turned on at 06:22/24:41 ? "Cue lamp" was one of the two new technical phrases that were introduced for Episode 4. In Japanese, it is pronounced as "kyuuranpu" and written as キューランプ I guess if you are a real-life newbie voice actress then you'd better know what to do when the red "cue lamp" comes on. Either that or learn fast. |

| Is that Souma Rena VA a reference to an actual VA? Couldn't find a VA that has a similar name and in "Mon Mon Biyori" and "Sadoka". Or is there a kanji pun in there I'm not getting? Anyways it was a so so episode. Nice to finally see the other girls back from college. Zuka's audition was cute. |

| This was less hectic then the previous episodes but i still liked in. And the first scene in the train was so funny, tho it was sad to see that the roll didn't go as planned during the audition. The staff saw some good things in her performance tho so she might still land a roll. Seems Takanashi was planning on Miyamori to save him out of trouble but it didn't happen. I guess he screwed up big time. |
| I love Shizuka's voice, especially when she's drunk! Such a shame she didn't get the role.. Her "Ah.. So good." is a perfect H material. :9 Loved the reunion meet up of those girls; talking about variety of topics regarding anime and life. (^^) Peep that cashier lady looking at the manager from a distance, while he's treating the girls on the house. XD Tarou is an annoying SOAB! Why doesn't her get punched in the face every so often? >.< Major hectic situation for Miyamori just ahead, as Endou is dropping out as an anime supervisor for episode 8. Segawa-san is the only hope, I guess? Decent episode. I hope we see more of Shizuka. She must get an active role ASAP! |

I was hoping that this show would focus on the five girls and not on the side characters whose sole purpose in every episode is to the show the viewers that their job is stressful and difficult. This anime is unusual in the sense that the main characters have no significance to the story other than simply being there. The side characters dictate the pace and direction of the show. I'm thinking that the main characters will become more relevant as the series goes on, Aoi is sort of the gateway but things will probably branch off as it goes along. We already got some focus on Shizuka this episode, after all. |

| This is a really cute show but I think I'd like it more if it didn't have as many characters. At least it's 2 cour so hopefully all of the characters will get enough screentime. |
| Looks like toward the end things are running into trouble again. And Zuka-chan, rooting for her and hope she surprisingly gets the part! Or perhaps probably not.. it was nice to see all the girls get together and their original animation from high school. |

| Microwaving fried food? :/ Shizuka's audition! ^^ It was quite enjoyable even if she was nervous. Aoi's parent telling how happy they are seeing her name at the credits! It was heartwarming! Them in high school making an anime! All of them meeting up. All those references especially Mon Mon Biyori xD The producer being the odd one out :/ |

| I Thought this was a really solid episode! I really wish this would get more love, i think people might be resistant with this anime because of how much of a disaster Glasslip was(Though i personally really enjoyed Glasslip, indicated by the 8 it has on my list) 5/5 for episode :) |

Edit: Seeing the girls only eating and buying cheap boxed meals because of their lack of both time and money is just ARRGGHH. |

| had some cringes Shizuka voice acting on the train in front of exit door; a man sleeping on a seat next to her wakes up over it - nothing wrong with that, but it was still cringeworthy. The script when the 5 girl friends met up at the train station had some crap lines just so they could reveal some traits about their characters. 1 montage of freeze frames to a tame bgm ai tenchi (unsure), non non biyori, madoka magica, and references Is "I think my harem is slowly falling apart, but I might just be imagining it (not final)" a reference of Noucome, Oregairu or something else? drunk shizuka was lame The voice acting audition was portrayed well. rated 3/5 on this poll based on overall feeling, thinking about this episode after watching I'm considering giving it 2/5 |

| I think I'm in love with this anime. It's so much fun to watch, it's really refreshing as well. Being able to follow the production, the meta jokes and the cute characters makes it a blast, I'm so glad this is 2-cour. Also a bit eye-opening for me to have protagonists that are (mostly) past college age for the characters we have, you rarely see 5 cute girls go drinking in anime. It really adds to it, of course they're embellished to be cute, but it adds a sense of reality to it that I can really appreciate. The fact that they're "normal" adults and do stuff like go out drinking. It's something that's consistent throughout most of the show, from following the production process to the staff as well. You get glimpses of their lives outside of work etc. The balance of keeping it entertaining whilst keeping it relatable and informative is really well done. It might not seem like the masterpiece I'm evoking it to be, but damn is it fun and easy to watch. Best anime of the season for me. |

| Shizuka's drunk voice was so moe XD It seems that the whole series would ultimately lead to the 5 girls actually releasing their own anime. Definitely liking this so far, it's such a crime for this to have such a low score. |

| I wanted to say it last episode but "I think my harem is slowing falling apart but I might be just imagining it" really needs to become a thing. I would love to watch one. DESPAIR EVERYWHERE! Sadoka Mazoka (LMAO at that faint Madoka Magica reference) Zuka would make a great porn VA, srsly. Dem screams. Dat mother-daughter conversation was really nice. "Mon Mon Biyori" they slayed it. Zuka experimenting her ero voices, yup definitely did those well. "Andes Chucky" sounded nice. weird. Another great episode. Ah man all of my fav shows these season are rated low, it's sad. |

"Shirobako" means "white box" whilst the OP is called "Colourful Box"; I found that kind of interesting. I wonder if it is simply used as contrast or something else. |
