| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ah pretty good match this episode. I expected and it was delivered. The pacing felt somewhat fast but still enjoyable. I really liked the teamwork between Hinata and his team actually. Hell, even the girls of the team are amazed. There were some really amazing spikes imo this episode. |

| Very tall and quick guy to block the shoot. lol @ the meeting after Nekoma's battle (when KajiKaji's character snooze). Also, it's been a while since he got called "king". lol~ so it was to blind them and concentrate on the main guy and to get Ace back in action. Real game begins next. Back to regular time next (and raw watching time again). |

The blockers' stunned faces whenever Hinata screws them over heh Aone is creepy, especially when he was all "#10!!!!", but I'm also liking him more than I thought I would. Him high-fiving the other guy lmao But the best part for me was Asahi spiking and finally overcoming the iron wall :') |

| This match is so intense! The OST makes everything even more exciting to watch. The play that led up to Asahi's spike at the end was amazing. Dateko's defense is really good, but Karasuno has plenty of ways to fight back. Hinata is doing an awesome job at getting everyone's attention. |
| Its an amazing sports anime.. I have a gut feeling it has the potential to become one of the top sports anime out there which is further strengthened by each passing episode. if there's a second season ( i am not following the manga), it can even rival some of my favs especially knb .. Why so? .. well, if you are a sports enthusiast , you will see for yourselves... waiting eagerly for the next week's episode . in the meantime go and check out ping pong animation if you haven't |

| Great episode! Hinata's quick is really awesome every time they do that. Karasuno Girls Team was surprised after seeing that attack. I think this is their first time watching Hinata and Kageyama. Aone was really blocking those spikes. Good thing Asahi pulled that spike. It was really a boost to their spirit. |

| YES, this episode. So good. i was excited the entire time, really didn't want this one to end man! Some good play by karasuna, dat quick from the back of the court, i screamed! high 5 had me laughing :D dateko aren't exactly slouches though, very close match. Happy for azumane at the end, that was a great way to end this episode. also pretty awesome when hinata said even though he didn't spike it, it felt incredible. They are really becoming a team now. it's a 10 from me :D Now idk what to do until next sunday :( |

| Wow this was one of the best episodes so far. Really exciting! The OST was great as well. I remember liking the match against Dateko in the manga when I read long ago but I don't remember it being this good. Though this match in the manga in my opinion is a little overshadowed by the match that follows (won't say whom against whom, so I don't spoil anything) that still stands as the best match of the series so far. |
| Brilliant view of the other side of the court from Asahi. Amazing animation sequences and of course the top notch OST come together to make this a 5/5 episode. |

| Asahi's spike at the end plus the awesome soundtrack is very heartwarming! Really nice episode. So pumped up for next week. And I just love everyone's reaction everytime they see the freak quick. It just makes me smile too. |

| Fuc* why did it have to end it here, I want to see the next episode already. The intensity, teamwork, strategies, and morale, all crunch up into a perfect volleyball game :D. Kageyama and Hinata were pretty beast when teaming up, those fast toss and spiking it, damn, I was purely amazed. They managed to penetrate Dateko's Iron Wall :D. Waiting one week is beyond torture :(. |
