| Yandere Daichi be making a debut gawd I died at those parts yaaaayyy animated funny faces esp when Suga closed the door after Kiyoko entered (and Tanaka being turned on loooool) I laughed a lot in this episode, can't wait to rip my heart off when tournament arc begins AND... TSUKKKKKKIIIIIII my lovely annoying megane-kun, I can't wait to see two annoying brats (Tsukki & Kageyama) getting annoyed with each other loolol I forgot to mention this, finally the debut of Shou-chan's nonsensical noises e.g "GWAAAA" |

| Tanaka is such a bro (he makes a pretty badass delinquent too). My favorite character at the moment. Captain is scary as fuck. Those soul-piercing eyes even destroyed Kageyama, the most obnoxious and self-centered person so far. And the stakes are pretty high only for Kageyama, since it's his job as a setter that's on the line. I wonder why Daichi didn't put Hinata's job as a spiker on the line either. Anyway, it's obvious that there's gonna be difficulty between Hinata and Kageyama during the first year match; I wouldn't even be surprised if they actually lost. Damn. My heart. She's beautiful. |
| Really nice series so far. Hopefully there will be many cool matches and a good character development. Nice to see a volleyball anime for the first time. Next to football, swimming, cycling and judo it's probably my favourite sport to watch in real life. |

| The superb animation continues X3!!!! I can't wait for the 3vs3 match! Hinata's character design seriously reminds me of Mihashi..esp. certain angles when his mouth is wide open. Only complaint would be that the captain's seiyuu felt a lil flat. |

| I just love sports anime. Something about them makes the importance of teamwork and heroes ultimately prevailing feel heartwarming when, if it's done in the standard action shounen, it comes across cheesy-at least for me. This episode was really adorable. I never noticed in the manga (but maybe that's because I last read it last year when I was rushing through it) but Kageyama is such dork. He's like the highest score achieving student you'd know in real life who rocks at tests but is so ridiculously naive in real life. Clearly Kageyama is the usual pompous second lead in sports anime (it's always the main lead who is cheerful and friendly while the second is isolated and serious). The anime subverts this by making Kageyama sports crazy in a manner that is usually solely saved for the main protagonist. That's not say Hinata isn't sports-crazy; it's just that he exhibits a degree of awareness and acuteness outside the sport (maybe I'm just looking too into it, memory of the manga is foggy). It makes the main leads that much more real, by having a mix of the troupes. Love it~ (: ...and why did they have to cut off the match I was looking forward to this episode? Ugh. Next week please come already. |

| Really great so far, it really looks like Kageyama and Hinata will become quite the 1-2 punch! I think their contrasting personalities will really bring out the best in them and form great synergy. Might need to read the manga, can't wait for next week. |

| Oh man the wig part was amazing. Tanaka also makes the most hilarious expressions ever, love that guy. We're still getting to learn about the two MCs, who're...pretty funny as well. Lol when Hinata asks Kageyama if he's an idiot and Kageyama doesn't say anything back. Kageyama isn't an idiot, he's just stubborn that's all XD Anyways this episode made me laugh so many times, from Daichi's scary faces, Tanaka's delinquent-ness, Sugawara's door slams, and the idiotic duo. Looking forward to seeing their team work next week! |

| Again another great episode. Might be one of the flagship show of the season. Really like the animation on the general action. When we see the ball rise high in the air during the smash service and slowly land, it really is satisfying. Same for that transition between animation style during one of Kageyama service. Really like the character too. The sempais look pretty cool in overall. Tanaka remind me of that sempai duo in Hajime no Ippo :) The other one, the one that seem to be the leader can be kinda scary, but I'm sure that he's the one that will be able to bring them to play together. I already foreshadow a defeat. They will not be able to play together, but they will both show a lot of promising talent so they will both make in. That will probably put a lot of tension between the two but they will have to work it out. Hinata is really interresting. I think we could make a comparison with Ippo. Ippo too didn't had a lot of skill, technic or talent, but he had that will that made him continue even if the situation was totally desesperate. I'm pretty sure I already said it in my last post but dang, that lady is fiiiine. |

| Oh gosh, Tanaka is the best. I could tell he was going to be my fave just from his entrance. Claiming he won't try to intimidate new members and the second he is through the door that's out the window. "HEY HEY HEY, WHO SAID YOU COU-" His expressions are classic. |
| Another perfect episode, I really like this one :D. Basically just another build-up episode. Hinata and Kageyama needs to step up in their game and to know what teamwork is. With their combination as a spiker and setter, I know they will be victorious. Daichi is very intimidated, but a helpful captain. Those faces when they close the door are just priceless. Also the wig part made me laugh all the time XD. I think that next episode, they will get better at it. |

| That OP is still so good. One of my favorites from this season. Lol so Kageyama was rejected by the best school? XD Seems like he appreciates Hinata's skills too. That scene after Kageyama's serve was so darn funny! Sensei's wig was exposed too. XDXD The Senpais in this anime looks good, they should provide enough motivation to the first year duo. Loving Daichi a lot. That baldy senpai is just too cool. I like him too. I wonder what's the deal with Karasus in this anime, maybe it's related to the school name. Next episode should be good. ^^ |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |
| Very enjoyable. Let's hope they stay on the realistic side and not delve into extremely one-sided super power like Kuroko once the rival schools appear. This and Baby Steps have been exemplary so far. |

| Daichi-san is the scariest coach for me so far. With those eyes staring at you behind from the door, it looks like eyes of someone from the naruto series. It's creepy!! This episode is hilarious with the other players' appearances. Expressions for the day: "Gwaaa" -Hinata Shoyo "It turns me on when she ignores me." -Tanaka "You think to yourself, 'Hey!! | It was OK This type of rivalry between Hinata and Togio is much used in a lot of plot, as well as the discourse of the captain, but, the episode was fun and comical in some moments( OMG the wig of the old man HAHAHA) and the discourse of Tobio about 'the setter' was interesting. I hope that it become better, in my opinion, a generic start in a plot of sport is inevitable...so it's OK! Ps: Voleyball is very cool. |

Indeed, they are the ones who control the game and it is such an important position that people tend to forget them because of the glamourous spikers. Other than that, I wish they'll give credits also to another underrated position which is the libero (defense specialist). I wonder how long the story will progress? I want to see backrow attacks and a lot of combination plays in the anime. hehehe Haikyuu will give enough credit to the Libero position, and it will be glorious. The author knew a lot about volley and it will show. Don't loose hope, because Haikyuu is in fact a realistic volleyball anime! The story is still progressing in the manga, there is still a lot of stuff to show, but the stuff that already was shown is amazing. |
| Now we're going places. The seniors are a good mix of interesting yet 'typical' character types. Solid designs too. Those were some pretty selective panels of the manager. Might Haikyuu have its share of fanservice yet? |
| Well i'm glad i picked up this show, this is pretty good. Definitely gonna watch 'till the end. omg Kiyoko-san <3 Now i hope that Kageyama to stop being such an ass, no any 'superpowers' and all will be perfect. |
