| I was expecting a little bit more but this was just episode one. Chaika's back story should be relatively interesting though. Lets see how far this would go in FAL... There is still hope! |

| The manga was somewhat interesting but this was just boring and rushed, can't see much good come out of this anime. Well i guess i will watch next week for passing judgement but for now it doesn't seem very appealing. |
| That was pretty bad for a first episode. The OP and ED are equally as bad. Though, I'm still intrigued. That 'magician' girl is annoying in all ways though. Not going to drop this just yet, but if it doesn't improve that will happen. |
| Why so much empathize on the eyebrows of each character? Chaika is an airhead and quite a dimwit.She can't seem to say anything but one word lines. Tooru is suppose to be 20 and looks like a 13 year old. That gun packs quite the kick. Akari=Annoying sister great... She's dead,well why did you think she was carrying a coffin for? So this is going to be what Noragami was to Space Dandy last season.Glad Bones decided to put more effort in Captain Earth instead of this. |

| Fuck me. why do they put a stupid hairstyle on one of the main characters. It seems alright nothing special though. Another show with a little girl x big gun. Her speech isn't even that bad, it's interesting how she gets her points across, it's better than some pompous princess. |

I'm just curious why it's like that, if it's really cuz she's from another place or if something in the past is preventing her from speaking properly. We don't even know how or why she's alive yet, so we will see. Overall, this was entertaining. I'm liking the fight scenes so far. Other than that, there isn't much to say. |

| Man, are people so shallow with animation? Compared to some decent animation, this was above average in my book. Also, why are people so sensitive about Chaika's speech pattern? I think it's rather clear that she's a foreigner. Overall the first episode has been better than others from this season. It was handled far better than Black Bullet's first episode. |

| Pretty entertaining first episode~! Chaika is soooooo cute ♥ I love the way she talks too ♥ Didn't expect all the blood when they killed the unicorn, I hope that aspect continues on throughout the show |
| damn people are pretty hard on this already though i did come into this with zero exceptions it was better than i thought all MCs look like they are capable fighters and the fights look nice wouldn't be surprised if there was more gore in future plus how often do you see a god damn killer Unicorn? |

| Nice artstyle and really good animation. Especially the unicorn being cut in half. Interesting eyelash design, trying to be unique. I liked the first half more than the second. The explanation for everything went by kind of fast. |

| This could turn out to be a good or bad series. Chaika's fragmented dialogues? Not a problem. Bushy eyebrows? Didn't notice them at all. Just going to throw this one out there but Akari kind of looks like Akali from League of Legends. |

| Alright for some reason this made me think of the Valkyrie chronicles games . Anyway there's gonna be some problems with me and this show if this girl is gonna keep talking like a freaking alien throughout the whole damn thing , I can't speak japanese so I use subs for a reason and she's just saying junk like "Crystal. Need get. Power." I see myself dropping this around episode 3 but its not that bad the animation was easy on the eyes but that alien speaking ass girl gets to me. |
| Not really appealing for me, this first episode. Anyway, I have to applaud the composer who did those strings-works pretty good. The character design is fine, I like the eyelash design. The hairstyle of the MC though, lol. I had no problems for the execution, maybe only for the concept which doesn't interest me the least so far. |

| Oh thank the gods. Some competent main characters who don't seem to be overly stupid in any way so far. Only thing against them is the weird way Chaika talks but other than that they can all fight and seem to do it without complaint. |

| Wow an action anime that's boring.. I was interested with the synopsis but it turns out to be very, if not below, average. It's just so.... normal. The Unicorn killing was nice though. 4/10 for now, let's hope it improves. |

| At first I wasn't sure why weird talking girl was putting me off so much. And then I noticed her huge eyebrows. Holly crap, she looks terrible. Graphically this show isn't much but her character design is enough to make you run away. I don't think I'll be able to watch it unless they censor her face... |

| You know what would be hilarious? If there were two main characters who spoke broken japanese while talking with each other, it would have been so hilarious! xD I like Chaika already, she reminds me of Rikka (Chuunibyou) somehow. I really like it.Such a stupid thing I was gonna do by dropping it. This is way better than Seikoku no Dragonar! Don't know why some peope dislike the art. It might be a bit generic but the animation is fluid. Dead? Is that the reason she is coffin princess? 8/10 |
