| ore no michi (http://myanimelist.net/anime/7616/) is one entry of movies that aren't even called ore no michi and were never even released in a compilation. it would be like putting end of evangelion, death and rebirth, and the rebuilds, into one entry called the diddly doos of evangelion. it should be split up. i can submit information for the films that are involved if you want. beyond that (bringing it up again yes): compilation entries are outliers, and don't fit with the rest. e.g. daicon iii & iv. they were created as one entry just because they got a release together on laserdisc. it would be like putting the cat returns and ghiblies episode 2 in one entry. short peace is comparable to robot carnival, memories, nihon animator mihonichi etc. they are linked together by a project from the start AND released together. so it makes sense there that they are compiled. there is just one issue that two of the films in short peace were screened the year before, but if that is enough to justify splitting it up, then the other compilations should be split up as well. if you want, i can give a list of compilation entries and you can establish criteria for bundling or splitting entries based on that. or work on a case by case basis. there aren't a lot of entries like this but that's why they stick out like a sore thumb. for now at least please split up ore no michi. |

Also, other sites still use the correct version of the name, such as AniList, Hummingbird, and Wikipedia when using Romaji. It's also inconsistent with other titles. For example, Ushio to Tora is also all in Hiragana (うしおととら), but its MAL title isn't Ushiototora, because it's clearly 3 different words. It's the same thing with Gakkou Gurashi! "Gurashi"/"Kurashi" is in reference to who you live with/where you live. It's one word because it's 学校暮らし, just written in hiragana. The "gurashi" implies that it's tagged onto the "gakkou". If it was two words it'd be "Gakkou Kurashi", or がっこうくらし. くらし becomes ぐらし when used as a suffix. "Hitorigurashi" or "Futarigurashi" are also one word as opposed to two. I can't explain it well, but it's definitely one word. |

I completely understand and agree with you, but your example is a bit different given that "hime" is a suffix used for princesses and the like. When words become connected, the first letter tends to change. Such as k → g (kurashi → gurashi), t → d (tamashii → damashii), s → z (sora → zora), h → b (hana → bana), etc. So I think if there are titles where that happens, they should either be one word or at least be hyphenated. |

Remove ecchi from DxD Yeah, but not just DxD he can remove the whole ecchi tag. From all the anime I saw so far,maybe there are 2 ecchi anime (but not more than 5) that use ecchi as a main genree. To Love-Ru and Kiss x Sis. Every other are just some bad fighting anime that tried to improve with bad ecchi, or other anime with fanservice. Nowdays mods only can give half-assed shitty arguements why they don't do a thing. Or the "I do(n't) think...". What the hell is "I don't think". The animes are mainly lack tags and other things because some mod who add it "don't think" it needed. If the user say he think it needed than they should give some normal answer why not and not "I don't think...". |
