| Stein is an absolute badass! He's also powerful and smart af, being able to withstand Black Star move and shatter Maka's & Souls' witch hunter scythe. I love his sadistic tendency to experiment on people. All of this turns out to be part of the remedial class. This is some no joke class! |

| My jaw legit dropped when Stein supposedly killed Black Star but I was glad that the whole thing was a set-up to help them get along better while unlocking some of their potential all along. It's definitely troublesome to have the one person who almost killed you and your friends end up becoming your teacher even if it actually wasn't a serious life or death situation. |
