| It seems to me that for every 5 minutes of original interesting anime, there is 15 minutes of same dead friends backstory, MC whining about how he doesn't care, and characters saying how he and smart girl act married. Still 6/10 |

| When will Hanaecchi and Ishikai stop being frenemies lol. Shimon seems like a cool character, one of those stoic elite archetype. The animation definitely feels poor...still waiting for this to get more interesting instead of monster of the week. I'm surprised to hear about the anime original material though. |

| I like the redhead more than Rokuro at this point. A episode hasn't passed where Rokuro hasn't bitched more than my former landlady. He has such an annoying bratty personality. I would like him more if he had a better personality. |

| Yes, lets beret the guy for getting distracted on the battlefield while... wearing headphones so you can't hear anything, having a long charge up power where you're helpless and putting your weapon away in a bag where you can't get at it in the middle of a battlefield. Man this show is painfully stupid in so many ways. |

| Shimon is really awesome. The action was top notch. Rokuro dealing with the past is still a strong feeling for him but I hope they don't make it a habit. The banter between Rokuro and Benio are going to be fun from now on, they acting like a married couple already. |

| It's nice to see that Benio stood up for Rokuro when Shimon talks bad about him. And I enjoy seeing the relationship between the Twin Stars developed. |
 At least justify your opinions instead of just saying "it's my opinion". It would've been more polite. |

And the style, that's used for showing the names of abilities, is so annoying. The background music for the MC's special ability is awesome though. |

| The only thing I liked from this episode is that ringtone. While Shimon's introduction is flashy, he doesn't really do much. He only kicked a thing and then pulled his sword and stabs it to the ground to burn the other things. The animation is shitty, the only good-ish parts are the reused animations and Shimon summoning his big dumb sword. THAT GODDAMN FOX NEEDS TO GO. The other two side-exorcists are annoying. All they do is losing, and expressing their amazement towards other stronger exorcists. The worst part of the anime is Rokuro though. Unlike the manga, yes I am going to be that one guy who compares everything the anime does to the manga but please bear with me, this Rokuro is too wishy-washy. In the manga, he was whiny, then some shit happens, and he then decided that he needs to get his shit together. This Rokuro however, keeps on going on a Tsundere bullshit routine. He just does things half-assedly. If he is really THAT traumatized, he shouldn't even have went to the demon world this episode. Overall, this is one of the worse episodes. The animation's shoddy, everything look out of model, the characters are inconsistent, and there's just no plot going on. Go read the manga. |

| This show is extremely boring and generic, coupled with bad character design and lackluster story I don't see any way that this won't one of the worst shows of the season. |

| Rewatched the episode and I was really bothered that Pierrot made Rokuro look like a complete idiot/failure during the mission before Shimon showed up. Exorcism was supposed to be the one thing Rokuro had talent in but they made him a loser who couldn't even use his attack correctly, just so Shimon can look cool in comparison by saving the day. |

| Studio Pierrot hates reading manga, this episode confirmed it. They don't care about their readers nor fans and decided to make this pg13 bullshit. I should have know that was the demographic they where aiming for when that stupid and annoying mascot character that Benio has made his debut So many things wrong here that I do not like in what has to be the worst episode so far and naming them all would just take up time and would appear more of a review than a comment This anime version of the manga is dead to me. I will finish watch this series because i hate not completing something I already started |

| The horror: What can I say... I started watching this series today and I have no idea how this series can have such an awesome opening and then the content is absolutely atrocious... I'll probably drop this and check out the manga. Also, regarding the fact it could be a 4-cour series: it doesn't matter, we're living in 2016. If they wanted to produce quality, they could. Hunter x Hunter had way better animation and consistency in 2011 and was a long running series too, until 2014. If you calculate it, it was a 12 or 13-cour series. Diamond no Ace would be another example of a long-running anime with consistent animation. I have no idea why and how you should defend this series like that. I know it's studio Pierrot, not Madhouse, but when I think of Akatsuki no Yona they've produced something that was consistent and great in the past. I had high hopes this series would get the same treatment, but it's classic Pierrot. |

| The recap was unnecessary. It was an ok episode, Benio has a little of respect for Rokuro. It's so boring to wait 2/3 of the episode to see Rokuro uses his power. I hope that he will understand that if he wants to help, he needs to use it |

| Interactions between Rokuro and Benio are fun to watch. But the whole fighting Kegare every episode just feels like it is getting repetitive to me, hopefully the plot will start to develop much faster soon. |

| Are the 12 guardians really that strong??? seems to me Rokuro and Shimon are both on par with each other... So Rokuro doesn't know how to make hand drawn talismans from scratch...cuz that's a mandatory requirement for exorcists! Benio's onmyouji outfit suits her! 4/5. |
