| I have many friends who watch anime and stuff, but not a lot of them watch what I watch. Like, I don't really have friends who keep up with more than three series within an anime season, so I still don't get to express my feels. :C Even with older series, by the time I get to them, everyone has already moved on. |

| I hardly have any otaku friends Most of the people i know have watched only naruto and bleach so i can hardly call them as otakus.But at least they know something other than nothing so i stick along with them and have a chat or two with what they like and what they have. |

| I won't use the word "otaku" but I knew a few people who liked anime/manga. One of them was a pretentious jerk who always liked "hipster" anime and made fun of mainstream ones and the other refused to watch anything other than action and called everything else lame. I don't talk to either of them anymore. It's pretty frustrating when I really want to talk about my theories and such and no one knows what I'm talking about. |
