The build up to the fight was exciting and the fight was unbelievably well animated, they've done such a good job with this episode, amazing. If only they had ended it with Gon giving him back the number tag at the end just as the ED theme started to kick in it would have been a perfect way to end it! Haha, I meant that people overuse the word entirely and use it in the most egregious ways. Like someone finishing a Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks and calling that epic. It's ridiculous. And I feel the same about the episode man!! That tension and awesomeness of that fight was truly amazing. They did a great job with that episode for sure! |

Time to return Hisoka's tag ;D It's okay to feel inferior, Zushi~ you is a normal boy compared to Gon and Killua :3 even if you try to stunt their growth so that they don't surpass you, they will anyways xP no amount of breaks from training will be enough to give you a head start lulz |
| That fight animation was absolutely spectacular! It's far beyond the quality of the HxH 1999 version fight! Next episode is the last episode for this arc though... The secret final exam is nen exam, so Gon is now finally a full-fledged HUNTER! |

| I don't think Nen being kept secret like that in the entire world makes much sense (especially in combination with the fact that it's apparently able to be recorded / displayed on electronic devices?), but I can overlook that little logical loophole. We have another favorite moment of mine with Hisoka getting a boner for little, strong boys and of course the epic fight that ensues! |

| From the last few seconds of the ED and the information given in this episode, I found out that Leorio will be an Emitter and Kurapika will be a Conjurer in addition to Gon being an Enhancer and Killua being a Transmutator Type. All that's left is to see them in actionβ‘ I like how Wing was actually a Hunter training under Netero because no one that strong wouldn't be a Hunter~ Gon's fight with Hisoka was one of the best animated melee fights I've ever seen in anime and it didn't even have to rely on its soundtrack until the very last second, maximizing the intensity and leaving me both really concentrated and breathless. He finally got a good punch on Hisoka but that's just the beginning of their battle! This might be crude, but I got a boner~ |
