| Oh boy the Hakumen is finally out... I love the scene between Ushio & his mom, touching stuff. I knew that head apt would be interrupted lol, you could see it from a mile away. :/ Best episode of the whole series so far. |

| And we got a sweet reminder that the Hakumen not only is fucking giga-strong but also freaking giga-normous. The scene with the mom, was well...................awkward. It was sweet and it was emotional, but it was weird, I mean nobody knew what to say or how. And I for one loved Ushio going all "I think imma complain. I know what you've been doing but I still wanna rant" then he sees the mom and "I cannot say nothing" which is natural, I mean Ushio is a KID after all, about time he behaved like one that does not know what to do. Hakumen ain't gonna hold back punches. |

| The mother son moment was nice. Really hoped she would have at least been able to pat him on the head before the torpedoes hit. But no. As soon as that happened, shit got real. Hakumen is free. That whole sequence gave me chills. Hakumen really is menacing. |

| Finally we gotta see two things: Ushios mom and Hakumens awakening. Ushio meeting his mom was really awkward which was ok since this way the first time after a very long time they met. But seriously, JUST A PAT ON THE HEAD ? IS HE A FREAKING DOG ? They should hug like there is no tomorrow like literally. This youkais are really dumb they should not fight in dire situations but now the destruction shall begin. |

I have one big plot hole though, wasn't Hakumen sealed because he got himself in a pillar that supported Japan and if he got out of it or people attack it, Japan would collapse? | The scene with Ushio's mom was absolutely beautiful. The voice acting of both of them was superb. I hope she doesn't die but that is maybe asking for too much. Hakumen no Mono is one of the biggest, meanest villains in anime history. Seriously scary mofo. |

| Man, the coming out of the water had some major Godzilla vibe's, I LOVED IT. And the scene between Ushio and his Mom was so damn beautiful and very well done. So looking forward to more to come.. 5/5 |

| His reunion was awkward as fuck, lmaooo. Really hoping she gets out alive. It'd be nice if Ushio got to spend some time with his mother after all them years. I can't fucking wait till every one of those idiots in the Navy realize how fucking stupid they are. I also hope they get their asses destroyed by the Hakumen. Fucking idiots. |

| HOLY SHIT that was an intense episode and a half. I knew something bad was gonna happen but I was kinda expecting more casualties, although I'm sure those will come soon enough. Honestly surprised his mum didn't die in the middle of their reunion, but I guess the universe has shat on Ushio enough that they let him have that one. Really looking forward to the rest of the season. I feel like these episodes have just been a buildup to the big fight, which is fair enough, but I can't wait until Hakumen starts wrecking ALL the shit. |

| Oh yeah Hakumen is free at last, let the fun begin. It is definitely one of my favorite villainous character designs of all time. So creepy yet badass. That little time Ushio had with his mom though :( |

Yeah, no one cares what you have to say. I'm pretty certain you have no idea what "badly written" actually means. *coughcoughSonicTheHedgehogcoughcough* I'm sure Hakumen would've sent the hiyou to erase Ushio's mother's memories, but probably couldn't, since she was also inside the barrier. Imagine how that would've went if she too didn't remember him. I didn't feel sorry for the dumbass humans at all; the idiots who fell for it and wouldn't listen. Deserved what they got. I found it kinda funny East and West switched places in the anime and manga. It makes a bit more sense in the manga, that the normally rash West suddenly didn't want to attack first like East, but it's because a hazy memory of his last failure is keeping him from doing so. Since that didn't happen in the anime, roles are reversed that West wants to go first and East is being cautious. What he's remembering doesn't really make that much sense to be relevant to the battle at hand, but I guess it still works. | Damn, what an intense episode this was! Some brilliant directing during the buildup and what a way to end the short but touching reunion between Ushio and his mother. Hakumen still creeps me out and his return was equally terrifying! Can’t wait to see what the final next few episodes have in store for me! Episode title for next episode is really worrying me but I hope things somehow work out! I smell Sacrifices and I mean lots of them. |

| My God, Hakuman is massive. Interesting to see how they defeat that monster. Seeing him next to scalable objects, you get a much better idea of his size. Pretty cool beast tbh, very freaky. |
