| Good news indeed!~ The anime should have ended when Aizen was defeated... The fullbringers arc which is supposed to be Chad-centric (according to Kubo sensei... lol.. Kubo sensei is getting better at trolling).. is not very entertaining. seriously.. i don't hope for a return of the anime as i don't see much potential in the new arc (after reading 3 chapters)... also.. from the business point of view (bleach's manga and dvd sales going downhill since years ago).. it doesn't make sense for the anime to return... |

| So Bleach is finally ending huh? Well can't say it wasn't getting interesting. But +300 episodes (with the majority of it being filler arcs) being trash and the same shit and repeat I can finally see why the developers would ax it. How are they going to fit the manga chapters into 5 episodes? Will it be rushed? Will there be a continuation of some sort later in the future? Or are they finally killing off a series that should have ended years ago? |

| It's sad but somewhat inevitable. Tite Kubo's done well to keep the manga going this long but let's face it, the last couple of arcs have been the same idea of someone being kidnapped, Ichigo and friends go to the rescue, a new power is learned, Ichigo wins - lather, rinse, repeat. The current arc with Ichigo losing his powers and learning new ones is sort of back to square one (I watch only the anime so please don't quote the manga to me) so this ostensible repetition of the first arc is a clear warning sign that maybe the ideal time to effectively call it a day, with perhaps the odd movie/OVA spin-off to keep the franchise alive. However with international DVD releases still four years behind Bleach won't be gone from our consciousnesses just yet... |
