| Here we go, Hero of Hell as scary as always and Public Safety is shitsed to do anything about it. Denji ate the ear Devil... All ears disappeared... and Yoru fucking noticed. WHAT. THE. FUCK ?????????????? The way I see it, and maybe it's too early to call it, but this may be either the penultimate or maybe even the final arc of Part 2, and I think I'm going to call it the "War Devil Arc", similar to how Part 1 closed with the Control Devil Arc. Yoru's fight with Chainsaw Man is imminent, it's coming within mere chapters. Yoru noticed that the ears disappeared from the earth, Public Safety is being spat on, chewed up, and shit out, and no one can hear anything anymore. The only person left to stop him is YORU. THE FINAL FIGHT WE'VE BEEN BUILDING TO SINCE CHAPTER 98 IS ARRIVING!! |

| While I still have gripes with Part 2 overall, I have to admit I vastly enjoyed the last three chapters. Especially this one. Hero of Hell literally erased ears/hearing. Also the fodder group has been destroyed under 1 second, no surprise here at all. |

| Like... What's gonna happen then? Is the ability to hear gone as well? Because it's weird to think that all the characters are unable to hear for the rest of the manga. Either that or the concept of ears is gonna come back somehow... Also - Yoru's face on the last panel. |
I assumed the second I saw them that division 6 would die immediatly, and I wasn't wrong thats for sure. RIP ears |

The double page spread where Chainsaw Man cuts through Division 5 members makes no sense. He was in front of them but then his attack comes from behind them???
| @Genoard He wasn't in front of them. He was standing in the ruined building behind them and attacked when they were moving forward thinking they were heading in Chainsaw Man's initial direction. That's why one of them jumped when he sensed the attack coming from an unknown position. |

| @Genoard That's the point of that scene. It showed that Chainsaw Man can move very, very fast and they didn't even notice he ended up behind them. It happened in the last spread of chapter 171 and continued in 172 |

| OH MAN, this is what I've been waiting for! Fuji's gratuitous depictions of violent decapitations and pure chaos is to die for! Seeing CSM absolutely tank the jobbers (just as I'd predicted) was so satisfying, and all the pieces of CSM's killing spree were godly awesome! Fantastic chapter |
