| Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid is my favorite anime and I often see the complaint that the show is overly sexual especially with respects to its loli/shouta characters. And I think that people who take the series that seriously missed the point so I just don't really pay them much attention. Even if someone voiced a more valid complaint (so far as it is valid in my eyes) then I don't particularly mind since I'm used to people disagreeing with me. |

| I can't think of a single time someone managed to bother me by going after things I like. The only thing that matters is that I like them. Anime is entertainment, not something of real importance or stakes. In turn I don't go after other people for their favorites either, I've never once told someone their favorites were bad. |

| Idk, I've barely seen people do it, and generally unless it's a thorough explanation for their thoughts on the matter rather than just your usual buzzword barrage ("mid", "fell off") I just scroll past their comments/reviews. I like to hear diverse opinions especially if it's from people close to me that don't like the same stuff I do, makes me at least take into consideration what doesn't work for others. If it were outright hate it would be fine as long as it didn't extend to constantly bugging people that bring up the show, I don't do that myself with anime I don't like so I think it's the most logical answer. |
