| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- the true fight of honor begins!! the climax is here! this episode was great, I especially liked the OST when Katakuri was walking up to Luffy after taking his scarf off throwing away his pride and acknowledging Luffy as a powerful opponent, so epic! and correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure all that stuff with Smoothie wasn't in the manga at all |
| This episode was pretty good. Katakuri wanting to do the fight honorably willing to stab his own stomach just to be on par with his enemy is very respectful. You can barely find anyone that wants to do that. |
| Katakuri has my utmost respect. And Flampe is not the cutest, but most disgusting imouto, her shocked expression was priceless, tho xD Good episode overall, the OST and Haoshoku explosion were epic. I also love Luffys and Katakuris "rivalmance". The part with Smoothie was in the manga too, they just changed they order and added some extra scenes. |

| What a noble thing Katakuri has done, I truly respect the man. But that color of supreme haki was really impressive by both of them, I really loved their fight now and the animation agrees. I'm glad they were able to shut that annoying brat. That counter punch by Luffy was really impressive, I like that Guy's spirit and tenacity. I hope toei will put more effort to other episodes as well, after all it is a new year. Great episode, |

| My face was like this throughout the entire conqueror's haki scene :O That was so epic! Didn't think it could get better than that conqueror's haki scene in fishman island but oh boy! I live for this One Piece moments c: Also, I am starting to understand why everyone loves Katakuri so much. Very honorable and strong. |

| A part of my ballsack just dropped with this episode. It's moments like these just remind me just why I love this anime so much. Katakuri hands down best opponent so far! Just hope we get to see more of him after this arc finishes he's such an interesting character. |

The preview for next episode is the same shit we’ve seen already! Katakuri dominating the fight while Luffy sits there getting hit like a masochist ✔️ More Rayliegh flashbacks ✔️ Luffy awakening future sight ✔️ I can’t wait for this shit fight to end. |

I don't know, I didn't pay attention to that, but more importantly: Which right, which left? Nami's right and left, or Jimbei's right and left?? They didnt clarify that for themselves. If I was in that situation I would have died for sure. --- I'm glad Flampe is gone. She was in only a few episodes, yet I absolutely hate her. Somehow I wasn't too happy with this episode, except for the last 1-2 minutes. That double punch at least looked kind of good. I hope next episode we'll finally enter the climax of this battle. It's been going on for too long. I love how the preview mentions how Luffy's observation haki has improved, but it's still no match. It's like no sh*t, for the last 20 episodes we have been hearing nothing from the preview but "Luffy is getting there, but still not quite there yet". |
| Cant give any less than 5/5 for this episode ,so epic. First of all nothing ,but respect for Katakuri stabbing himself to even the fight. I was ,so furious about that little prick Flampe interfering with the this awesome fight. She got what she deserved along with her retarded minions.Taste the wrath of Haki. Did she ever seen herself at the mirror with that ugly deformed body and making fun of Katakuri.... Brook and his pants obsession always funny to see :D Is it just me or big mom looked like a super sayen ^_^ |

| Such an amazing episode seeing the honor that Katakuri has, I loved the double Haoshoku Haki, man Katakuri is one of the best villians so far and probably my favorit!! seeing some action in a long time! |
| Luffy is still having a bad time trying to stand up after that stab, but Katakuri realized what happened, so he went with Flampe only to stab himself, equalizing the fight and clarifying that a battle between men doesn’t need help. Flampe got really angry (Katakuri took off the garment that covered his face) and after seeing his face, she tried to make fun of it. Katakuri and Luffy unleashed a king’s haki’s wave that knocked out everyone except they both. In Bege’s ship, Bege and Chiffon change their route, changing their destination from liqueur island to fluffy island (to give mugiwaras more time). In the Sunny, Sanji and Pudding left the ship to go to cocoa island; Smoothie started attacking the ship from the distance, but Nami and Jibei could dodge the energy blasts. Katakuri and Luffy are still fighting intensely. Great episode, I was absolutely excited about what was Katakuri going to say to Flampe, hahahaha, losers fall first. That execution of king’s haki was spectacular, great scene. Well, in the other hand, Nami and Jinbei are struggling to survive. I have to say, despite this episode was great in terms of Luffy’s fighting, I can’t forget that I have been watching the same fight since 10 episodes before, changing practically little. |

| Can't help but love Katakuri even more after this episode and OST in it was so good. I'm glad to see some action with Smoothie finally and Brook's Could I see your panties? will never tire me out :D Seriously, after episodes like this I'm remembering why I'm watching anime at all. |
| Katakuri now definitely is my most loved oponent Luffy had so far. I mean to protect his own honor and pride he stabbed himself to be on par with Luffy. He just wants a fair fight. Even if it's true what Luffy said about that fights between pirates aren't even close to be fair. Finally Flampe got shut her mouth. I can't stand her character. She doesn't even understand why Katakuri did this to himself. A little bit sad that we just got a little fight scene. I also liked the clash between both of them. It seems like next episode will be a lot of fun. Can't wait to see Luffy finally awaking his kenbunshoku haki. |

| The pace and animation was nice for once, until the last part with Katakuri vs. Luffy. I be damn, Smoothie is really strong. I wonder if she is descendant to the giants cause she is big from before and can even grow bigger. Maybe her grand grand mother/father was a giant. Anyways, pretty interesting ability. Drinking people to get stronger. Why do I get Cell vibes? xD That girl was surprised by Katakuri's real face. No wonder he never shows it. hahaha 11:31, yeah those assholes, that's what we call OP paparazzi. :P |

| Yo Katakuri really just became one ofy favorite antagonists. You put any other sweet general in that situation they would pet that bitch on the head and thank her! Katakuri on the other hand really is a true warrior like in their world they been fighting for hours but in their minds it probably feels like they been fighting for years and earned some respect for each other. | Now I wish Doflamingo was still around, as an antagonist Katakuri was a huge disappointment this episode. He could at least have killed those annoying morons that mocked him, someone spits in his face and he just walks away lol |
